Does the nunc pro tunc ruling mean it's like it never happened, ie no restraining order showing up in his records? I looked it up and it sounds like that type of ruling is meant to fix paperwork mistakes that result in serious issues, like a divorce that didn't get properly filed leading to someone being married to two people illegally. If that's the case that's the just result of this absolute bullshit
Do any of you have any experience with pin and welded suppressors? Since you can 4473 suppressors in free states, It would be an easy way to get a "SBR" + suppressor without any of the NFA paperwork. You'd be able to bring it with you interstate and not have to deal with engraving. My only concern is how you'd be able to clean the suppressor properly.

Some of the PDW's/PCC's on the market look kind of retarded in order to skirt the NFA regulations, like the PS90. You're relegated to using braces only instead of a proper stock unless you fill out a ATF form (unless you have the right melanin levels in da hood)

There was a company that tried to do that and got bonked for it. It was a 9mm pcc with an exposed baffle stack p&w'd to the barrel, they tried to call it a brake but I think it actually made the recoil slightly worse lol. They sold the accompanying sleeve/tube separately as a registered suppressor. The two parts were also sold separately as a complete suppressor and the ATF really didn't like the baffle stack being sold without the stamp and made them stop selling it in that configuration

I don't remember which gun/who made it, but if that suppressor is still sold it should work since it can be disassembled while attached to a barrel. Design-wise it was a lot like the silencerco sparrow, just without the locking nut on the barrel side, instead it threaded on from the front. Anything with a sleeve that threads on from the front I think you can make work as long as it's long enough

Null has shared his side of the story here

My state is having a neat item on this year's ballot. What's your voot, kiwis?

Fuck you Idaho, you can't have the 1911. It's been the official state gun of Utah for years, since John Moses Browning is actually from Utah and designed most of his firearms here. Pretty sure he designed the Winchester 1894 as well, but you can have that one.

Gonna sell my PX4 GSD, this thing fucking sucks. This pistol has been out for over 10 years or something and the side of the grip is a textureless void for no reason, ZERO magwell beveling, worse height-over-bore than my m9a4, and it doesn't even take m9 magazines.

What the fuck is the point of this failed abortion of a gun? LTT charges through the nose for doing everything possible to make it suck less but to what end? The 92 series handguns are already good BEFORE all the upgrades you can do to them, and there's more aftermarket than just LTT.

I wish it was a good gun because I think the rotating barrel is cool, do I just need to buy a Grand Power?
The PX4 is just a warmed over Beretta Cougar, which failed for the same reasons.

On the topic of state gun, Missouri is the Hawken Rifle,
If Montana ever gets one I think the Springfield 1795 would fit thematically.

I’m a big fan of the m1917 Enfield. It has a smooth action, I like the cock-on-close, and the fact you can sneak a 7th round in it by pressing it into the magazine a little is unique to that era of bolt actions. It might not be the most aesthetically pleasing because it has a little bit of a belly compared to other Mauser style rifles is a quirk that makes me like it even more. It has a long sight picture and good iron sights especially compared to other WWI bolt guns, and the increased weight makes it nicer to shoot even if it would be more of a pain to carry compared to other rifles. It’s not as fast as the Lee-Enfield but still pretty quick too, and dogleg bolt handle does mean you can shoot it similar even if it is a little different.

I haven’t shot many bolt guns outside of WWI+II milsurps, but that one is my personal favorite.
Wait, you can get a 7th round in there?
I'll have to try that on mine next time I'm back at the parents' house and remember.

M1917/p14 is probably the best looking mauser 98 based rifle besides the Spanish FR-8, idk enfields just look neat the full wood hand guard and nosecap are peak firearms design, plus you can get some really ridiculous/obnoxious/goofy markings and rackpaint from the DP rifles with makes them in my opinion look neat. Enfields just feel like eachone is an individual more than other rifles because there are so many variations and different things that go into them.
Y'all gonna make me doxx my Eddistone M1917 full of Canadian cartouches that still has its Orange "30-06" barrel band, and Danish M/53-17 range card on the stock, aren't you?

who was that dumb nigger that was dooming over null's chances and that this was the beggining of the end and that his pic will be released (as if his ident is unknown) and its so over?
Apparently I can't @ as a phonenigger but it was mlanguishi, at least he was the one I saw sperging out in USPG2, there may have been others elsewhere

Yup. The internal magazine holds 6 because it was initially built for 5 .303 British rounds which are rimmed, and when they chambered them in .30-06 they didn't change the magazine to fit only 5 for the new cartridge and left the extra space. Which is why it can seat 6 .30-06 rounds. The 7th round doesn't fully seat in the magazine but it does depress the follower enough to be able to be chambered without creating a double feed. You could call it a feature I guess.

I legit have no clue why anyone even makes HP's in .380 and below as hick put it to me well "2 holes bleed out faster than 1"
"They all fall to hardball"

They don't think pistol rounds work better like this, but they do (if you don't care about what's behind them)

Had those 9mm rounds fired in the Miami shootout been 9mm Nato instead of Silvertips, they would've penetrated far enough to not fail. We make the compromise to use hollow point rounds because they stay in the guy we want shot, all that other "terminal effect" cool stuff is a happy accident caused by forcing the bullets to stop instead of pass through, as all the energy is spent on stopping the bullet in the target, which looks really cool in ballistic gel.

Guns .380 and below, do not need hollow points to remain in the target, which is a happy accident of using a small subsonic round with barely enough power to meet the standard in the first place. This also helps to suppress them, too.

Oh, I thought you could cram a 7th into the magazine.
I sort of knew that already, as I have done that before, lmao
Very. Pam Bondi ruined the gun scene there honestly. Her response to the Parkland shooting was Red Flag Laws.
Pam Bondi tried to put our boy Geroge Zimmerman in jail for MURDER. NEVER FORGET THE CUNT WHO TRIED TO SIMMER THE ZIMMER!

PSA currently has a deal for a ruger RXM with a AIMPOINT COA for 600 bucks! They're basically giving you the RXM for free with the purchase of the 600 dollar Aimpoint dot! It looks like the slide on this model is cut only for the COA

I'm going to get this and sell the red dot + slide immediately to basically get the RXM for below 200 dollars. Even if you sell both the complete slide and dot for only around 500 bucks, you still get the RXM FCI, magazine, and grip for 100 bucks. Tell me I'm not crazy for thinking this is a killer deal
