Stephen likes to lie. Stephen lies so much that I have to split his personal into three seperate sections. First, going over what he's posted on personal social medias and publicly accessible information, secondly going over his account of his life under the username "TheIrishSailor," as well as going over what he did online before becoming ElfpireEva, and lastly going over his account of his life as ElfpireEva.

Details about Stephen's life from outside sources are limited, so this section will be brief. Stephen Chase was born on March 28th, 1993, most likely in Glendale, Arizona. He would move later to California and in 2011 graduate from Murrieta Valley High School. (L)

During his high school years he would work as a lifeguard, eventually becoming a Head Lifeguard at the company he worked for.


In some time around 2014 he would move to Colorado and then Virginia, where he would later work as a Lead User Researcher for a crawlspace specalist company.


For multiple years he would run an IT company named DataRain, how legit this company is I'm unsure.


Around this time, Stephen as well as his father would also take a large interest in boating. The first time Stephen would post about his boat life is in 2017.


He also claims to have purchased a boat in 2017 with his fiancee.


Eventually he would go back to California to reunite with his father and started boating with him, he would also finish a UX/UI course.

On the DayZRP forums Stephen would make a post detailing his entire life story. Major details from this post contradict public information about his life, as well as details he's shared about his life later on. Contradictions will be in italics. Take most of this with a grain of salt. (L) / (Archive broke)


Stephen claims he was born in Skerries, Ireland. Stephen's mother was abusive towards the rest of his family, Stephen's father wanted a divorce, but decide to move back to America because the legal system most likely would've sided with the mother. When Stephen was 15-16, he helped his sister move to America with their father.

Note: It's very unlikely that Stephen stayed in Ireland past the age of 15-16, there's plenty of evidence proving he was in Northern California in 2010, when he would be 16-17.
Over the next couple of months Stephen started working as a lifeguard to save up money to buy a boat and emancipate from his mother. He left to the west coast of Ireland and quit his job as a lifeguard. For three years he learned how to sail to cross the Atlantic ocean.


After a month of sailing he would arrive at Chesapeake Bay and would live on his boat for 7 years, saving up supplies to attempt a northwest passage crossing to head to California. He would attempt the passage after his father begun to have heart issues, and started to sail with him.


However, this contradicts a post from him a few years prior saying he was planning on crossing the Panama canal.


On the DayZRP forums Stephen would claim to have a background in medicine, specifically chemical and toxic reactions and how they effect different parts of the body.*

*I could not find any proof of this.

Part of the reason Stephen chose to live on a boat is because of his claimed "asocial disorder."

It should be noted that asocial is a personality trait. He might mean antisocial. One of the key triats of ASPD is deceitfulness and presistent lying. The more you know!

"ElfpireEva" was born on March 29th 2001 (in 2025 he claimed to have been born on March 28th) while his family was in Arizona. His father was an American citizen, meanwhile his mother was an Irish citizen. Stephen would move to Ireland just a short while after he was born (he's not an anchor baby though he swears)


Shout out Stephen's muslim grandpa who died from a hate crime, I guess.

As mentioned before, Stephen would list his age as March 28th.


After I phonebooked him he would claim that his birthday was actually the 29th, and that I got it totally wrong when it was in front my face the entire time.

Stephen's claims that his mother was abusive towards him, in one example when he was a toddler, she would hold his nose shut so he would stop crying. Stephen has health issues that persist to this day because he was not getting enough oxygen to his brain. That would explain a lot.


Due to family issues, Stephen would move from Ireland to California when he was 8. Later when Stephen turned 16, he emancipated to get away from his family, and bought a sailboat.


Like his story under his IrishSailor alias, he probably bought this sailboat with money he made from being a Lifeguard. That's if this is even close to true in the first place.


It should be noted that this story has changed, when he originally told this story a year prior he claims he started living on the sailboat a few years after emancipating:

In the last clip of him explaining his emancipation, he claims he graduated high school at 16, started living on a sailboat, studied law for 4 years as an apprentice, became a practicing lawyer for 18 months and quit.


While "studying" for the bar he would work an IT job.


He would later move to and spend some time in Chespake Bay, Virginia.


While in Virginia he would work for a crawlspace company clearing out crawlspaces*

The first known online activity from Stephen is in 2008, when he made his very own website. This was for his gaming clan "Tribes Neon," for the game Tribes Vengeance. (L) / (A)


This site linked to a forum, however the forum was only used by 2 people other than Stephen, and has nothing notable on it. (L) / (A)


Unfortunately for Stephen his email and website would be hacked and defaced while he was in VC. Doubly unfortunate for Stephen is that it was the people in the VC who had hacked him, and they recorded his freakout which ended up in him growling, then crying and begging for his website back. These two were also probably the only people who used Stephen's forum.

Realizing competitive clans weren't his thing, Stephen would move onto another online obsession, something that he now does every single day of his life. Roleplaying.


Stephen has spent over 10 THOUSAND HOURS roleplaying IN JUST GMOD ALONE.


Unlike everything else Stephen claims, this isn't a lie. Using an archive of his Steam account on Exophase to track his total hours, he's spent at least 26133 hours playing videos games. That's nearly 3 years straight. Of course, most of this was in games he roleplayed.



Around 2010, Stephen would beceome notorious in a GMod roleplaying community named "Infusion Gaming." Unfortunately there is no surviving proof from his roleplays from this time, however users on the taco and banana forums have mentioned him a few times. Highlights include them talking about him being a lolicon, them ratting his PC to post his dox, and Stephen being catfished and basing a roleplay character off that catfish.


In another thread, a now banned user posts a tattoo that was related to Stephen. This was later removed from the OP.

Of course the hint of Stephen caused a bunch of people to start telling stories.

Keep in mind the "sketchy ERPs" for later.

For a brief period of time in 2015 Stephen would pretend to be a hacker, and advocated for the release of Jesse McGraw/GhostExodus, an actual hacker.

Stephen actually managed to get an interview with Jesse McGraw.

Unfortunately for our expert hacker, he only shifted his voice down by ~2 semitones. Here's what he roughly sounds like normally.


Stephen would come crawling back to his original RP spaces, joining the taconbanana forum on Jun 16th, 2017, the same day the HL2 tattoo thread was made.


Right after signing up Stephen would start posting in the thread, and would eventually flirting with xaneaos.

Stephen would continue to post on taconbanana, however everything interesting was already covered in the early life section.

During a Mrow stream covering the CameronF305 drama, Mrow got into an arugment over a 16-19 age gap. During this argument, Stephen decided to defend Mrow's position that 16 and 19 is not an unethical age gap. Mrow decided for the next 50 minutes to go over Stephen's degeneracy, including claims of him streaming on a pedophile website and defending other pedophiles like Bungo Taiga, as well as going over things previously mentioned in the thread, such as Stephen using a voice changer and not being a real lawyer. Stephen's response to this would to play retarded and threaten to sue Mrow.

Like Mrow said, Pomf(.)tv is a streaming website exclusively for lolicons and pedophiles. Stephen would claim that he had no idea that people were streaming naked 3d child models having sex on the site, and said it was something he wasn't doing.


Obviously, Stephen is lying about this. Most of Stephen's streams on Pomf were reaction streams, using Pomf's registration only viewing to bypass copyright. However, during these streams you're able to donate $5 to get a "cunny flash" (cunny, being a pedophile term for "child pussy" which is Stephen toggling his model nude.
Turns out he WAS doing that in his streams!

Stephen is known for accidently "cunny flashing" his SFW streams on YouTube as well.

Pomf has a sister site known as "AllTheFallen," an explicitly pro-pedophile lolicon site with a section dedicated to pedophilia talk, and which is moderated by at least one sex offender/child predator. Stephen was a member of this community under the name "TheLoliElfpire" from 2022 until he eventually deleted his account.


On Febuary 19th, 2024, Stephen would make an introductory post going over what was already previously covered, but this time is a lot more explicit in his degeneracy.

(I did check his FPS page to see if he had any male relatives 7 years older than him, there is one but he's still alive.)

The original messages were deleted, so only quotes of the messages still exist.

Other pedophiles in the thread would beg for more details, and from what it seems like in the thread, he actualy did give more.

Harry's main content is mostly reacting to whatever drama is the topic of the week.

The content Mitchel makes is mostly drama related, unlike Stephen and Harry, instead of general drama topics he focuses more on drama within anime/weeb communities.

Mitchel is most well known for his defenses of pedophilia. Here is a conversation between him and Proctor, the admin of the VTuber forum TheVirtualAsylum where he defends Minus8.


Proctor would also make a post on TVA claiming that MommaOcco cut off most of his connections so that he could be with Mizu.

That's all you really need to know about Mitchel for this thread. He's also a former brony and nearly became a halalcow back in 2019, which you can find in the LuckyEN thread.

There's also one last person which Stephen associates with, and this person is actually the only lawyer who will publicly endorse Stephen.

Legal Mindset / Andrew Esquire

Legal Mindset, although he is a real attorney, is a drug addicted schizophrenic who moved to Bangkok to get Asian pussy. This post goes over his greatest moment where he did a pillstream while covering Hasan shocking his dog.
Andrew is the only laywer who has publicly supported Stephen. Stephen is also an active member of Legal Mindset's chat, frequently donating to Andrew.

Andrew actually overlaps a lot with Stephen's content, as Andrew is an actual lawyer who covered a lot of VTuber drama 2 years ago.

Under The Tea is a podcast ran by Mitchel and Harry, going over drama in the VTuber community. Stephen is a somewhat frequent guest on the podcast, however Stephen has his own podcast which he primarily appears on.

One of Stephen's main froms of livestreamed content is his Lawtism streams with Mitchel going over a variety of legal cases. Stephen uses his experience as a "lawyer," and Mitchel is the austim half.

On September 7th, 2026, fellow VTuber lolcow Tactikal Templar made a post about how ChatGPT would not allow him to make an image with the text "Total Right Wing Victory" (L) / (A)


In response, Stephen would make an accusatory post saying that Templar was lying and that it was possible to generate an image with that text. (L) / (A)


Templar would reply to Stephen's vitriolic post by elaborating, the prompt only failed when both the phrase and "AfD" were both in the prompt. He also tells Stephen to seek God and correctly guesses he's anti-social. (L) / (A)


Of course, after Stephen was proven wrong, his butt buddy Occo would swoop in to defend him, and uses Stephen's "credibility" as a "lawyer" to prove he's not retarded. (L) / (A)


This tweet would gain the attention of someone else who had been looking into Stephen behind the scenes. Nikandros. (L) / (A)


Nikandros is most well known for his takedown videos on both Mutahar/SomeOrdinaryGamers and NuxTaku/Joshua Schipper.

These are videos that both Stephen and Harry have reacted to, with Mitchel joining for the reaction to Nikandros' video on NuxTaku.

They would react to Nikandros' video and would repeatedly try to discredit Nikandros, however what interested Nikandros was one thing that Stephen and his friends claimed multiple times to counter Nikandros.



This now brings the an important question to mind which I didn't look into in my original phonebook on Stephen: Is Stephen actually a lawyer?

As a refresher, Stephen claims he emancipated at 16, and lived on a sailboat while doing the Law Office Study Program.


The State Bar of California has an attorney search which will show any Attorney, past or present. The only result for Stephen Chase is someone who was addmissioned before he was born.


On Stephen's FPS page, he has an alias of "Steven Chase," although this doesn't bring up any matching results either.


Just to be absolutely sure, I checked Colorado's and Virginia's attorney searches as well, the other two states which Stephen has lived. There are no results there either.


Nikandros would do multiple streams on Stephen with included info on his friends MommaOcco and Mizutamari. Mizutamari would respond to Nikandros' first stream and claimewd that Nikandros "said nothing the entire time" and proceeded to lie about AllTheFallen being a pedophile forum. (L) / (A)


Nikandros pushed Mizutamari on an old tweet of his where he talks about how hot an 11 year old was, and they would have a back and forth. Nikandros brought up Stephen's posts on AllTheFallen and Mizu denies that it is Stephen. (L) / (A)


Nikandros also quote tweeted a post by Tactikal Templar proving that ATF is a site for pedophiles, but Mizutamari would ignore it. (L) / (A)


A few days later Nikandros would make a series of tweets about Stephen's standing as a "lawyer." The first is using supposed vouches from multiple other LawTubers including @Potentially Criminal. (L) / (A)



Just a few hours later though Nikandros would reply saying that Potentially Criminal never even spoke to Stephen privately, and they've only interacted publicly once and it was him correcting Stephen on a mistake he made in his legal coverage. (A)

Stephen is a habitial liar and will lie about anything to keep his facade up. He will lie about little things like his birthday being off by a single day, to major events in his life, like sailing across the Alantic ocean by himself, all so people will think he is cooler than he actually is. Whatever the subject is, he wants to be seen as an authority on it, from women's issues to law, to random shit that doesn't even matter. Only time will tell until we see what lies he comes up with to "disprove" this thread.

Except, it's very clearly AI. Wu's process is to draw one of her usual sausage fingered sketches, then feed to to chatgpt and have it turn it in to line art and she TRACES THE AI ART. She literally posted a video of her doing it. She's so sloppy about it that she thoughtlessly copied the camel toe the porn-brained AI gave the character in the skirt. Then she uses photoshop's magic fill tool to add colour, and that's the whole process. That checked skirt it a dead giveaway on how it's coloured, with not a single thought given to how the pattern would look if it were actually being worn.

Wu going to be 50 next year and she's never put a single ounce of effort in to getting good at anything in her life. Just a colossal waste of good oxygen.

3. Rape with death threats (Complainant 2, 2015). She says he put her in a chokehold and threatened to kill her unless she undressed. The rape lasted for hours, and she lost consciousness. She says he cried, "I love you… that's why I am raping you." Police recovered texts sent afterward: "I might rape you again… I'll wait outside ur house… With a rope" (pp. 75–83).
4. Trafficking to Romania with passport confiscation (Complainants 1, 5, 6, 7). Women who expected a relationship or optional clothed work allegedly had their passports taken. They say they were made to perform naked or penetrative acts on camera within 24 hours, often for 9–12-hour shifts, while others controlled their chats and sold acts they had refused, including anal acts. Complainant 6 generated about £93.5k and received about £26.5k (pp. 114–119).
5. Weapons and death threats.Andrew allegedly held a samurai sword to Complainant 7's throat (p. 92).He allegedly threatened to kill Complainant 5 and her family, and to kill Complainant 6 (pp. 110, 117).Tristan allegedly brandished a machete when Complainant 1 asked to go home (p. 69).Complainant 7 describes the brothers making death threats and an atmosphere she called "sexual slavery" (pp. 99–100).
6. Forced group sex on camera. Complainant 5 says Andrew pinned her to a wall by the throat ("you do what the captain says") and later ordered her and two other women to perform oral sex on each other for paying viewers. She vomited, and he refused to let her leave (pp. 109–110).
7. Controlling prostitution (Complainant 3). He allegedly ran her webcam account, escalated what she had to do, and repeatedly offered to drive her to have sex with strangers for £3,000. He allegedly called himself a "pimp" (pp. 85–90).
8. Extreme pornography. Devices attributed to him allegedly held bestiality images and genital-mutilation videos (pp. 147–150).
9. Allegations against Tristan specifically.He is jointly charged with trafficking Complainants 1, 5, 6 and 7.Complainant 1 alleges he raped her vaginally and anally and beat and choked her with a belt during their relationship (p. 65).He allegedly recruited her by saying "uglier girls than you" earned £8k a month (pp. 67, 73).Complainant 7 alleges both brothers joked that they "were paedophiles" (p. 93).

Procedural status​

Romania ordered Andrew's extradition to the UK in March 2024 on the first 10 charges, but surrender was deferred pending Romania's own proceedings. The remaining 32 charges were added in July–August 2026 (p. 151).

These are allegations only and have not been proven. In a 2016 police interview, Andrew denied the image offences, claiming the devices were shared "pool devices" (pp. 124–125).

This Supports DDoS Mitigation
Despite my extremely dour projections in July, we have found ISPs in Europe willing and able to provide DDoS protection to us. We have two active in our network, and hoping to add a third and fourth soon. We have endured historic, multi-terabit attacks. The attackers appear to have ran out of money before we ran out of providers.

We have an Anycast network. Last time we had any Anycast, the IPs belonged to Australia's RIR, and Liz Fong-Jones filed a frivolous lawsuit against my friend Vinnie to disrupt them. We now have IPs in the US RIR. An "Anycast" is a network with multiple points of entry; a broader Anycast means that DDoS attacks thin out and give each provider more breathing space. If attack traffic is like a bunch of people checking-out at a store, an Anycast is opening extra checkout lanes. This duplicative networking is more expensive but better. It also gives each provider a reason to shrug at complaints: "they've got three other networks in their anycast."


This Supports Development
Work is ongoing on the forum rewrite, which is currently three branches: media, search, and chat. I am developing this piecemeal so that we can enjoy its benefits as a hybrid system before a full switch. The project, now called Ephyra, has something we're already using live.

Media Processing
Ephyra's media processing component is already in use. I'm aware some users are dissatisfied with the video player, but that is just a 3rd party JS shim that can be switched out and improved over time. The actual Ephyra Media Server is what is preprocessing all video content into multiple codecs. This is why you never experience a "Your browser cannot play this file" error anymore: A generous user supplied $6000 for cards so I can real-time re-encode everything uploaded.

Search
Ephyra's search is in development. I am not satisfied with it yet, so it's not on the forum yet. There's a related search project for AI developers on USIPS called Trufflepig, which is AI-enhanced in the same way that search will be. The "AI" in this instance is mere local inferencing, not third party cloud. Basically, we will run a tool which will try to describe images, videos, audio, and posts. These computer-readable descriptions go into a database. When you search something, the search will find related descriptions alongside exact matches. If you search "nigga heil hitler" on this project, it will find the song by its lyrics. Nothing leaves the Kiwi Farms, it's just practical computing enhanced by what we confusingly AI.

Chat Rewrite Mk. 4
Ephyra's chat is a new WIP and will be easier to finish than search. It will feature an IRC bridge. Once complete, you'll be able to log in through regular IRCv3 clients using special password. This will allow you to participate in the Kiwi Farms chat through any mobile IRC client. It will also work headless: if the site goes down, the chat will function via IRC.

The TL;DR on the numbers for the site are:

The same number of users are uploading more content. Guest numbers are harder to decipher. The Kiwi Farms has always been more guest-heavy, at about the same rate (approximately 2x the number of registered users) since the inception of the site. Further, while our guest count appears high (and very well may be), it's impossible at this point in technological development to know what number of them are bots or humans. We've been at close to 6000 total users, guests inclusive, which would be very high and pre-DKF levels if they're actually people. It's not easy to say. An easy explanation for the gap in users and guests is that I've had to lock many old accounts, so people who have been lurking a long time have lost their throw-away emails and cannot sign in.

Before 2020, we experienced about double the user count in growth every year. This was likely due to discoverability. You searched "Amberlynn" and found the Kiwi Farms. This no longer happens. The same email links to this MySpace profile, which is blank and has no archives. It is possible, but incredibly unlikely that this account was created later.

Her user_id is 348493126 and MySpace disclosed reaching this number of users by 2008. Almost certainly, this is a contemporaneous account made around that time by the @aim.com email address.


But her prior account with a much lower user_id was listed above and still had her picture, so it's odd she made multiple accounts under the same name.


She also appears to have had a diary account on this obscure website. A lot of this is relationship drama, again about the same time. The Butterfly Effect describes seeking out women in brief. "swipe sign" also complains about a "Sean", but Candace is not known to have dated a Sean.

The August 31 Instagram post from Last Ditch Bar and Arts Venue, a lesbian bar in Greenfield, was upbeat, teasing a new DJ lineup and a volunteer meetup. But partway down the rainbow-hued post labeled “UPDATES!” was a sentence that would splinter the queer community in this small Pioneer Valley city and beyond.

“It is with love we inform our immunocompromised disabled divas we will be opening Saturday nights as mask optional,” wrote Last Ditch.

Previously, patrons were required to wear a well-fitted KN-95 mask “or better” at all times.

The new policy was not received with love.

“Just say you’re being complicit in a mass disabling event and get it over with,” wrote one commenter.

“people like you kill disabled people in the name of your own leisure and convenience,” posted another.

“I hope your venue gets firebombed for robbing my fellow immunocompromised people of their Saturday plans just to scrape extra revenue from ablists [sic],” wrote a third.

The thread grew to 442 comments, some supportive, but many furious. The people running the bar were accused of being ableist — eugenicist, even — for relaxing their signature policy in the face of what commenters consider an ongoing pandemic (Greenfield hasn’t reported any COVID cases in more than two months).

Two days later, Last Ditch posted an apology. “We are sorry for our passive and dismissive tone of our change to the norms and schedule impacting the most intersectional of us,” management wrote on Instagram. “We understand everyone faces different intersections and we are always working to consider all needs fully.”

Instead of defusing the situation, the apology seemed to make things worse. The bar had erred: it posted an Instagram card without providing alt-text for the visually impaired. This set off a fresh round of accusations of ableism.

“This is not an accessible post,” wrote one user. “It indicates the lack of care or interest in Disability intersectionality.”

Quaint, crunchy Greenfield (population 17,700) isn’t a bad place for a COVID-cautious lesbian bar in 2026, all things considered. Rainbow flags deck store windows downtown. On a recent weekend, a community theater was advertising a workshop for masked performers, down the street from a bookstore with a “medical masks required” sign in the window. Men in ponytails and N-95s were ordering hibiscus tea from the coffee shop off the main square.

Greenfield is close, both physically and spiritually, to Northampton, sometimes referred to as “Lesbianville, U.S.A.” In the Pioneer Valley, “every bar is a lesbian bar,” a friend who lives there told me.

Nevertheless, Last Ditch, which opened last year as a bar for “dykes, transsexuals, gender freaks, workers, and their friends,” is struggling.

Three housemates in their mid-20s opened it together, hoping to fill the void left by two local queer bars that had shuttered. One of the trio, Asa Rosario, a drag performer who uses it/its pronouns, envisioned a venue where it and its friends could perform.

The three were intentional about the kind of values they wanted to bring to the divey basement bar, which they decorated with discoveries from Facebook Marketplace and pieces from local artists. No one would be turned away from the space for lack of funds. “Poor and unhoused people are welcome in the space.” The police were not.

“Our mission is to create systems of care and action and aid,” says Jackie Matellian, one of the founders.

When it first opened, Last Ditch did fairly well. Customers fondly remember a raucous opening night with a (clothed) simulation of a lesbian sex act — masks in place — on the dance floor.

But over time, foot traffic to the bar slowed. More and more visitors said they didn’t have the cover fee; the bar let them in anyway. The owners fell behind on bills and couldn’t pay themselves or the people who worked there. So, after consulting with the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, they came up with a plan to bend one of their rules — and hopefully attract more customers.

But by the time of Last Ditch’s monthly community meeting on September 11, only one of the original founders, Matellian, is still involved. The two others stepped back from the daily operation months before, Matellian says, citing various pressures and health issues. One had enrolled in clown school.

There are some 10 people, seated in a circle on the dance floor, all wearing masks: Matellian, a handful of volunteers, some bar patrons, and two designated mediators who will facilitate conversations between parties who disagree. Another 10 or 15 people join the meeting via Zoom. The plan is to go clockwise, sharing views on the masking decision and the financial future of the bar. Each person has two minutes to speak. It begins with a calming breath exercise.

Almost immediately, the proceedings are derailed.

One of Last Ditch’s most vocal critics, the head of another queer COVID-conscious collective in Western Massachusetts, a performer and artist who goes by Soe Noire, has been posting complaints about Last Ditch for days. Now, Noire joins the meeting on Zoom. He and other critics begin to flood the Zoom chat with irate messages, which are dutifully read aloud to the group.

When it comes time for one of the mediators, a licensed therapist, to speak, she takes a conciliatory tone.

“I love that you are here online,” she says. But “these platforms alienate us from each other. I’m talking about social media.” She asks whether participants can try to remove themselves from “places of righteousness.”

“I would love to get to a place where we all know each other’s face, where we all know each other’s name,” she continues.

“It’s messed up that the mediator is dismissing those attending virtually. That’s not accessibility,” someone responds in the chat.

“A lot of people are calling for an acknowledgment of harm and I’m hearing a WHITE therapist ... center[ing] the feelings of a majority white and white adjacent staff,” writes Noire, who is Black.

Moreover, the Zoom attendees speculate that the mediator’s licensed status makes her a mandated reporter — an agent of the state, akin to police. One person going by “Moss” asks if the mediator could have them hospitalized against their will, adding that her presence is “wildly unsafe.”

When Matellian’s turn comes to speak, she begins haltingly. She had never envisioned running Last Ditch alone. “It was not my passion project,” she says. “My main goal was to support Sage and Asa,” the other two founders. Her voice cracks.

“Then I think, unfortunately, this meeting has failed you,” replies a facilitator, “and I’m sorry.”

The in-person participants file up the metal stairs, past the native plant garden, and out to their cars. Little has been resolved. Last Ditch’s landlord wants $3,900 in back rent by Monday.

Noire spends the hours after the meeting posting furious Instagram stories about Matellian and Last Ditch. Matellian (who uses she/they pronouns) had been shedding “WHITE THEY THEM TEARS,” he writes. The bar was not “a safe environment nor interested in revolutionary praxis.”

I ask whether he has any sympathy for those running Last Ditch, given the profound financial strain they are under. “No,” he replies. (Noire asked to be referred to by his stage name because he says he has been stalked and fears for his safety.) “I’m not going to give grace” when someone is “spreading rhetoric that can and will get people hurt,” he says, referring to the fact that the bar’s account had “liked” a few comments supporting the relaxed rule.

Moreover, the mask policy change promotes “these ableist ideas that disabled people, immunocompromised people, should either risk their health or just be pushed out of spaces,” he says.

Noire, who lives about 50 minutes south of Greenfield, estimates he has visited the bar seven or eight times. But he won’t return unless there is new leadership. “You can’t repair a house that’s on fire,” he says.

Saturday, September 12, is the second weekly mask-optional night at Last Ditch.

Down a set of stairs, in a small concrete courtyard, a few people mill outside smoking. Another handful linger inside near the bar, under string lights. The dance floor, a wide checkered expanse with a stripper pole at the center, is empty.

“There are people that are close to us and love us who are really disappointed in our decision, and that is completely understandable,” says Young, who says her sister is one of the vocal critics online. “Like, it’s so understandable why they feel hurt by the way we did it and the fact that we did it.”

“They have passion for the space,” Matellian adds.

A number of people on Instagram also said they were excited to visit the space unmasked. But this night, the hoped-for other patrons haven’t materialized, despite $10 cocktails and sternum-shivering dance tracks from DJ Harsh Noise Boyfriend.

At the queer bar that occupied this space before Last Ditch (where masks were not required), a night like this might have drawn a hundred people, estimates Mixxy, the bartender on duty that night. A trans woman with thick black eyeliner and catlike poise, Mixxy is closeted in her day job as an engineer. She loves the bar enough to work for just tips, knowing Last Ditch is in the red. Matellian doesn’t expect the conflict at Last Ditch to end soon. She plans to co-operatize the bar, so she doesn’t bear so much financial liability, but that will come with its own challenges. And the discord about masking is unlikely to go away.

But it comes with the territory, she says. “There’s conflict, but we just hope that there’s more repair than conflict.”

“That’s the price you pay to be in community,” Matellian says.

An attacker gained accessed to a server container for git.kiwifarms.net and through it lolcow.email; neither service has been in active use since #DropKiwiFarms.

Compromised information includes,

• Gitea users.
• Gitea repositories, including old Kiwi Farms add-on repositories that were already leaked before.
• Lolcow Email mailboxes.
• A small, pre-2019 email mailing list left as debris on the server.

I'm not 100% sure what was actually exfiltrated but it would be wise to proceed as if everything in an old lolcow email inbox was read.

To my knowledge: No important security keys were leaked. No API keys to our storage devices were leaked. The Kiwi Farms itself was not compromised. Lolcow Email was not used to send outbound commerce mail from our merch sales, and Lolcow Email has not been used to send email for the Kiwi Farms itself for 6+ years; I use real email providers for that.

Everything on these devices was old information. If you had used Lolcow Email, I hope you had used it as a burner. I had left Lolcow Email up because even 5+ years after it had stopped being a reliable service, I would sometimes receive emails from people complaining they could not access their account. I also generally don't like just deleting stuff but it is what it is.

The Gitea instance I had hoped to bring up as a local repository but that's not happening anymore.


When I was younger I wanted to set up a suite of self-hosted services and let people create pseudonymous profiles that were not pegged to big companies. This was a fool's errand. In 2019, the forum itself was hacked and it was never really the same after. After #DropKiwiFarms and our networking troubles, I couldn't really entertain trying to keep anything up besides the forum.

Now, kids have access to AI and can use it to pull off serious device intrusions in less than a few hours. Cloudflare would likely have noticed the intrusion attempt but I have to self-host my security too. There's no point trying to be a cool kid that hosts the funny meme alternative to everything. Nobody cares, people try out their AI hackbots on you, and people who trust you too much suffer for it.

An extremely fascinating story hit my inbox a few days ago, and in that time, me and several other collaborators have taken time out of our days to investigate quite possibly some of the gayest fandom drama imaginable, culminating in the discovery of blatant real-world pedophilia and zoophilia in what I can only describe as an absolutely abhorrent, horrific example of what happens when outside policing stops occurring to a fandom as a result of everyone outside of it thinking that it's dead and choosing to rightfully move on with their lives, instead of talking about a children's show that ended seven years ago.


To begin, I need to lay out some groups and terminology.

For the uninitiated, "Foalcon" is the word that ponyfags use to describe those who are interested in, and art portraying, pornography of foals, fillies, and colts, which are the real-world terms for horses under the age of maturity, and in the My Little Pony community, are explicitly child characters, often also voiced by actual real children in the show. Its' roots stem from, obviously, the term Lolicon.

One thing I admired so much about Charlie Kirk is how he wanted to have conversations with people, and that's someone I aspire to be more like than a rage farmer or someone who is constantly looking for a dunk on anyone who opposes my beliefs. I know sometimes there's a time and a place for a good dunk when we are being pushed, look at gender ideaology for example. Sometimes we have to be more aggressive in standing against insanity like people trying to force us to use pronouns or something crazy like that, but I feel this space takes things way too far. I myself have taken things too far on multiple occasions, and that's not the kind of person I want to be. I want to be a Christian witness who can have reasonable conversations. Someone who knows the time and the place to be gentle and when to be stern in accordance to where the Holy Spirit leads.

This whole right vs left thing isn't something I feel comfortable with, because the right is just as bad as the left lately in the content creator space especially. From causing strife to outright circulating and glorifying porn, the right is just as degenerate as the left when they don't follow Christian ideals. A lot of the space dictates itself on what gets likes and clicks and I want no part of that.

Lately I've been trying to post more fun stuff, like my new pet rats, fitness and health stuff, fun video games I'm playing, and Bible verses. I feel a lot more comfortable with that. I don't care about what gets the most likes or clicks, it doesn't even matter. God has blessed me greatly and I want to enjoy those blessings instead of creating strife. I still want to call out bad things as Christians are supposed to do, but I don't want to take it to a place where I'm rage farming. The world is full of evil until Christ returns, so I could infinitely complain about bad things constantly, but I don't think that would be productive.

All this to say I'm on an indefinite break from the space while I am deep in prayer daily and growing my faith so I can align with where God wants me to be. I don't know what that will look like, but I do know what it feels like when God wants me to make some changes, and that is what is happening now so I need to listen. I'll still be making posts, but I'm taking a break from all stream appearances right now. I can't be on other shows when I don't even know what I'm doing with my own stuff yet. Right now I am prioritizing aligning myself with God's plan above all else.

None of this has to do with @TheQuartering, he's been a real friend through and through over all these years. I have nothing but support for him. I'm really proud that he has returned to Christ and I see God working in him in a big way. So, never heard of this retard? Neither have I! Imagine my shock when someone I last wrote to TEN YEARS AGO, in response to HER EMAIL, had successfully obtained an injunction forcing me to give up my legal firearms to another person and appear in fucking Sarasota in THREE DAYS. I received the order on Friday at 6:17pm, Monday is a court holiday (Yom Kippur), and then Tuesday is the emergency hearing. Wow! Very easy to find an attorney to deal with that on zero notice, luckily Randazza was willing to fly out to the middle of nowhere and sit in a family court for 3 hours while Victoria read ChatGPT notes to the utter exhaustion of the very nice lady judge who gave up trying to help her present her case about 30 minutes in.

Judge who granted the order was cited in a hit and run, name is Thomas Krug. He's an elected judge in case you have lawyer friends who maybe don't want to grant firearm prohibitions in cases where Petitioner doesn't even fucking ask for them to Canadians.

She presented by Zoom without camera. The Judge asked her to turn on the camera, she said she couldn't figure it out because she's mentally impaired. This is despite the fact that taking pictures of herself seems to be her job.

Victoria Shingleton is, according to her own testimony, "brain damaged" and "neurologically impaired" with serious memory issues. This jives with my experience with her, which is now literally just this hearing. She reads ChatGPT notes like a highschooler delivering an oral presentation on something she's mostly disinterested in, pausing for Valley-esque "Uhm, so" and emphases such as this:

Randazza: "section 230 gives blanket immunity and supremacy over state criminal charges"
Shingleton: "Uhmmmmm so... section 230... in this case... said that it allows the prosectuion of federal CRIMINAL CHARGES!!??"

Just a complete and total inability to understand even basic concepts. Her speeches were long, rambling diatribes in which no point was ever made and nothing existed except an endless present where she spoke.

Another basic concept she can't understand is that Lolcow LLC owns Kiwi Farms. Lolcow LLC used to run Lolcow Email. Lolcow LLC does not run Lolcow Farm. I told her this 10 years ago. If she had sent me an email asking for clarity, I would have helped her along, but she instead sent me this email last month (out of the blue, after 9 years of no communication). To my USIPS email, because of course why not.



No amount of explaining by the nice lady judge could get her to follow one request: when making a statement of fact, clarify if she's talking about Lolcow LLC's Kiwi Farms or Lolcow Farm. She could not manage to do this for more than 30 seconds.

The Judge dissolved the injunction "nunc pro tunc" (it should have never been issued, but in latin) and dismissed with prejudice.

Nobody will ever do this to me again because I'm suing her immediately. She's already said she's going to appeal this which is fucking ludicrous.
