Reed Richards everyone.

I don't even know what's bothering this faggot, but I have an idea.

The problem is that Deadpool is a troll, basically. The mistake was trying to give that trolling an identity by making him "pansexual" instead of letting him be a schizo who would fuck an elephant for the joke. Him telling Gambit he's handsome has nothing to do with Wade's sexuality, but rather's a play on acknowledging how he's meant to be super hot in comics.

Same way, the poster is not meant to symbolize Deadpool being a "damsel", but rather that he's such a Wolverine fanboy that he's overwhelmed by how manly he is.

This movie had at some point Wolverine, Blade, and Gambit in the same scene, top masculinity right there. I'm sure a few faggot critics felt threatened by how positively people reacted to them and realised nobody wants to fuck them because they're pussies who look like they overdose with soymilk.
If they brought back Thomas Jane's Punisher I think the amount of masculinity would be so powerful it would cause anyone who has a XX chromosome (or has tainted their body with any hormones) to spontaneously burst into flames.

I plan to see Deadpool and Wolverine on Thursday night. My husband kindly said he's got baby/toddler duty while I get an evening to myself to get out of the house for a bit, haha.

So, back to the topic of the news from Comic Con ... RDJ as Victor Von Doom is actually a great casting choice on paper. Because he has spent so much time as Iron Man, people forget what a talented and versatile actor he actually is.

This casting choice is soiled because RDJ is Iron Man. Had he never been Iron Man, then I think this casting choice would receive unanimous excitement ... Or would it? RDJ as Iron Man basically created the MCU, and it was RDJ's comeback role after a decade or so of his very public substance abuse issues. So ... Yeah, I don't know how you can cast him as another MCU character. It's a bizarre choice that reeks of desperation.

The only way they can make this work, IMO, is to completely make Doom all CGI and have RDJ provide just voicework that doesn't sound like him at all.

By the way, I am still absolutely floored over the fact that Bryan Cranston has never been approached to be a comic book movie villain. Just putting that out there ...

The second Pedro Pascal was announced, any potential excitement I had for this movie died.

I am so SICK of seeing Pedro Pascal's face. He's become the go-to guy for casting directors when they don't know who else to call.

And why do women thirst for him? He's not attractive! I don't get it!

It's the daddy thing, don't try to understand it if you're not the same as as Pascal. Shit's like crack to women.
Women have awful taste, apparently. lol.

I understand the appeal of older men (because a lot of dudes age really well, let's be honest), put Pedro Pascal? Nah, I don't get it.

Yeah, TJ Miller got MeToo'd at some point and everyone dropped him. Even got written out of Silicon Valley.
But this is not only Deadpool, it's also the multiverse era MCU.
I would have some other comedic actor show up in his place and Deadpool making a cancel culture joke.
It's the perfect opportunity for that joke.

As for Deadpool 3, I'm one of the few people who didn't like it.
The writing is weak and the effects are horrible in some places (the movie genuinely looks cheap).
Despite all the gore and swearing, the movie is very safe and inoffensive, children can watch this with zero issues because there is nothing mature or shocking about it.
It has it's moments, mainly the comedy, but a lot of bad movies have moments.

Allow me a bit of nerding here, but I find the hype about Wolverine and Laura funny considering that during her 2010 run, he was such a bad father figure she wanted to kill herself even harder that she already wanted.

Gambit. Wasn't a fan of playing his accent for laughs and the headpiece made Channing Tatum's face look like a pumpkin. But the SFX showed how fun his powers can be. Tatum is talented and did it well but I do feel Gambit should be leaner, not body builder.
Gambit's in fact a big dude. Cyclops's a bit taller, but he's leaner (hence, "Slim"). He also wears an armor, making him look bigger (pencil does the trick of making the armor basically skin rather than being thick). He's meant to look like a big dude.

I do agree CT had little time to prepare for the role and the costume wasn't the best they could do. With adjustments, could have been better, even the cowl thing.

About the accent, can't remember where it was discussed, but actual New Orleans people said he nailed the Cajun accent.

From the same guy who recently shilled "eating ze bugs" on late night tv to help the environment.

Celebrities are just more important than us, okay? lol. Also, I called it: Half of the movies' budgets are going to be giving this guy money hahaha.

RDJ may have perfectly played Tony Stark ... But we all know that the closest thing we have to a IRL Tony Stark is Elon Musk. At least he's trying to innovate without telling us plebs that we have to lower our quality of life ...

This is like the third time I have seen Channing Tatum in a cameo and assumed it was some actor I've never seen before. He looks like a mannequin. If I passed by five exact clones of Channing Tatum at the grocery store, I probably wouldn't even notice that the Matrix was glitching.

I actually like Channing Tatum as an actor. I feel like he's disappeared quite a bit from the A-list spotlight in recent years.

For the most part, he seems to be in showbusiness for fun ... And it comes across that way in the roles that he plays, so most of the time I have fun watching his movies.

The 21 Jump Street movies are worth watching just for him alone (well ... Him and Ice Cube lol). Dude looked like he had a blast making them, which made me have a lot of fun watching them.

I ended up pirating a copy (LOL, you think I'm paying Disney for this?). Honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. A few funny moments sprinkled throughout. The F4 switch was the one genuine thing that got me to laugh. First moment I saw Chris though, I thought, "Oh, that's not Cap". I'll agree that people gave way too much shit to the Fantastic Four movies. I still like them to this day. It's better than the slop coming out now, anyway. Overall it was pretty "meh". A fun couple of hours that I would never actually go to a theater for. I'll probably watch it again when a 1080p rip of it shows up, or it pops up on streaming. Whichever happens first.

I would say that Madonna song was made for Wolverine.

I mean, basically it's Hugh Jackman after 20 years, embracing the suit. And telling the fans that he is at peace now being remembered as a comic book character.

And after seeing Wolverine in two R rated movies now. The PG 13 version of Wolverine or cartoon versions of Wolverine feel cucked to hell.
