Could the Commonwealth send him to i.e San Francisco? I mean, he would not even be that weird among other Californians. Perhaps Sockness could let him crash on his couch?
No, the Virginia law I am pretty sure makes a point that they have to put him somewhere in Virginia. My wild guess would be somewhere in the Charlottesville region, where he might find sympathetic company (that is to say faggots).

Where they place him upon release, vs where the Sheriff buys him a bus ticket to, once he becomes a notable nuisance, are 2 entirely different things. The Texas and Florida Governors did not invent the cross state lines shuffle of unwanted speds. They're just doing it publicly.

Virginia is doing it in a very different way though, and they will almost certainly put Chris somewhere in Virginia. That's just how the current law works.

He also did a bunch of other extremely sick shit that even his hallucinations didn't require, like viciously sodomizing his murder victims and otherwise doing sadistic shit.

He was nuts enough his fellow prisoners convinced him to commit suicide.
And he still wasn’t nuts enough to be strapped down to a bed while Nurse Ratched sticks him. We need mental health care reforms including institutionalization, man.

Chris is exceptional because he decided to post his entire life in the internet. He has no out because no matter what defense his lawyers come up with it can be countered by some BS he posted. That is why this is an exceptional case.
Do you think Chris’s lawyer has paralegals reading through the cwcki (when it was up) and his social media?

Then stop comparing him to your average homeless person yall see everyday
Stop triple posting.

Do you think all the nuts on the street are schizophrenics? They’re not. Some are doy doys no one can stand to be around who refuse to abide by the rules at shelters or homes.

So when will he get out?

Edit: when do we think he will get out? I’m genuinely curious.
The wheels of justice turn slow, my friend.

Of course there aren’t paralegals looking through the Cwcki. It takes about two minutes of watching the comprehensive history to get that Chris is quite exceptional.

Wym stop triple posting? I have to keep up with nom nom one way or another. You never answered my question either. When will he get out? You guys don’t know. Oh, I guess this is an exceptional case that is outside the normal realm the law operates in.

So you think there are paralegals watching Geno’s doc.

It means put all your replies in one post instead of making two or three in a row unbroken by other replies. The +Quote function makes this easy.

Do you think Chris is the only person waiting for a bed to open up in a tard home? His situation is unfortunately all too common because the US should be more like you seem to think it is when it comes to treatment for the mentally ill.

Maybe Chris should be sent to a mental institution, but he won’t because we don’t do that in the US. You and I agree that the boy ain’t right and needs to be managed. I just know more about the reality of how people like him are treated.

He will be kicked loose and living under a bridge until another hobo murders him for his shoes. The Commonwealth doesn't really take lifelong custody of things like Chris anymore. If he gets too unmanagable someone in local government will quietly buy him a one way bus ticket to the big city. Any big city. The farther the better.
I don't think they'll move him too far and he'll probably say within the state. More than likely, he will end up in Richmond or the shittier parts of the DC sprawl where he'll get raped by niggos.

I think it has a lot more to do with people's emotional reactions to certain kinds of crimes. People are generally okay with someone who gets a little weird and vandalizes a Starbuck's or commits some annoying but more or less silly crime. If it's sodomizing and cannibalizing children they really don't care if you're nuts, you just need to go. They might be okay with just putting you somewhere no actual humans ever need to interact with you again other than to beat or inject you with go the fuck to sleep potions.

As someone who has worked in tard homes, I can tell you that in Chris' case it probably goes beyond just the normally long wait for placement. In general, most companies tend to not have open beds if they can help it, and if they do, the tards themselves have some say in who gets in. And let me tell you, the tard who holds down a part time job, has a social hobby, is generally a pleasant potato; is not going to want anything to do with Chris. Beyond just raping Barb, Chris is an old autist with no experience in the group home system, or in not getting his way all the time. These things make it so most group homes won't take him/want to keep him, especially with his weird following.

@GypsyBard I’m getting sick of the constant feedback loop of “hospital, adopted by weens, group homes or homeless” as predictions. Can we have a thread vote? My suggestion would be;

  • Chris never leaves hospital/jail.
  • Homeless / Lives in a van.
  • Adopted by weens & couch surfs.
  • Section 8 housed/Group home
  • Makes sonichu issues every month and takes in 5k a month on Patron, rents a nice house.
  • Courts do nothing, gets to back to 14 Branchland, smashes Barbs pelvis to dust every night until she dies.

If he goes to a group home, depending on the other guests' disabilities I can see him re-enacting that Simpsons episode where Homer goes to live in his dad's retirement home and takes on the residents' habits, he stops walking and uses a wheelchair instead, etc. If some of Chris' potential house mates wear adult diapers, he will want them too.

It’ll be a combo of some of them. 2, 3, and 4 plus intermittent trips to jail.

Well, Ethan Ralph invited him to a Kill Stream, so that is something he has to look forward to

My vote is "Shot dead outside the jail by autistic hick Valerie Solanas-type for turning down her idea for a Sonichu+Cardcaptor Sakura crossover multiverse comic where Clear Card-era Sakura impregnates Rosechu with beutiful girl goddess power."

Because he's not insane.

Lets go over a few examples:

  • When Chris was "possessed by Sonichu", he couldn't keep the act up when he needed to sperg about his cartoon show's changes that he hated.
  • When Chris was confessing to Bella about raping Barb, she asked him why he did it, and Chris smugly says "Well, I was very horny", then goes into detail about how much of a stud he was verses all the other guys who porked Barb. The "healing" nonsense was just him trying to put up a retarded defense, which changed over the course of months multiple times to pretend he didn't actually do it.
  • He'll put down the Jesus nonsense almost immediately to complain about money.
  • In that last interview with the new interview footage, the film guys start asking him about friends, and Chris gets this sad look in his face before pointing up to the roof and claiming Pokemon were up there, because it dawned on him he didn't have any real friends.

Chris would very much like to be insane and see stuff, but he's retarded. He believes his day dreaming is something that no one else can do because he's always the special boy.
Yes he is retarded which makes him way more likely to be ruled insane.

He thought he was able to merge different worlds and has no perception of the real world. There is PLENTY of evidence proving this. One slip up because he got mad at something the retard has cared deeply about since he couldn’t talk doesn’t mean he didn’t believe he was truly possessed or whatever tf.

Your last three points make no sense in prosecuting an insanity defense. Insane people are horny, need money, and get lonely.

He can believe whatever the hell he wants but if he knows that raping old ladies is bad, he can't get out on insanity. To be considered criminally insane, the only thing that's cared about is if the defendant understood what they were doing and that it was illegal to do so at the time of the offense. Any other delusions or disorders do not matter to being criminally insane. Chris understood that incest was wrong at the time he was banging Barb, and therefore can not be considered criminally insane. He can believe that he was healing Barb, or freeing her soul or injecting poison into her so that she can croak quicker, but he still knew that having sex with his mom was wrong and that's all that matters.
