Part of me hopes, even after the horrible deviant shit he did to his mother, that after he gets out he lives a quiet life in some tard wrangling grouphome and finds some kind of peace. I feel like I've 'known' Chris for a long ass time and part of me just wants the best for him. If he were a normal guy with a normal brain who fucked his mom I would want the key thrown away, but we all know he's not.

But a part of me is also really looking forward to a Chris homeless saga and all of the fun antics that will come from that.

there will be at least one failed attempt to monetize chris by someone who thinks they can be his manager
I really truly don't think it's possible. He's just too far gone, even if you can get past the whole Jesus Christ shit, they'd still have to get over the fact that this is Chris, he's entitled as all get out, and he'll help himself to whatever he wants, whenever he wants.

chris will always have an unlimited supply of people who think they can fix or help him. i think its pretty much just human nature for good people to want to help someone they feel bad for. even with raping his mom chris is famous enough that there will be at least one delusional person out there that will try to "help" him

since chris was found it's been a vicious cycle of people coming to him with good intentions only to give up after realizing that chris is extremely ungrateful, very demanding for a guy who should be thankful for any type of charity and completely beyond help in any way shape or form.

I can foresee it that in the final years of his life, he'll be placed in some sort of assisted living center (this is if we're not speculating that he'll be on the streets) where basically he's hit and punched by minorities and left to shit in his own pants in a bed. I am absolutely calling it now, Chris will die from a UTI.

Heilberg has requested it, doesn't mean he's actually getting it.

I believe Chris actually got it. Word leaked out before the case was sealed. Also it's the only way the grand jury was cock blocked from indicting him. Waiving his right to indictment is part of the whole deferred disposition process. His next court appearance is an evaluation a year from now. None of this would be happening had the judge not agreed to a deferred disposition.

This isn't a perfect example, but it seems like Praetor is semi-successfully monetizing Chris for themselves. Mainly they did it from an arm's length away, basically giving him his preferred position of a do-nothing figurehead profiting from the work of others. I could totally see someone like a neighbor of Chris organizing paid visits or something along those lines.

Don't his neighbors equally hate him and weens?

All I want to know is where tf Chris is and to see him posting online. I wait with bated breath to see what autistic spergout will commence once he gets access to some form of social media.

So does that mean he's going to be in jail for another year or he's going to walk free sometime but on probation?

I guess everyone needs something to live for.

For the sake of argument.
Necessity is the ultimate personality changer.
Life after prison, after Barb's death could become a very healthy alternative for Chris.
Granted he will probably devolve into ever more depraved levels of NEETdom, but can always hope for the chance.

He'll be in jail until they can find somewhere to stuff him. I don't think it will take a whole year. Their requirements and standards will be eased off the longer they have to hold onto him until they manage to find somewhere. They're certainly not going to let him loose because that's the surest way he'd land back in their laps with another offense.

Is there any precedent for how long it usually takes?

While I can see weens doing something like that, no way would his neighbours want to remind themselves that they shared a street with Chris. Since the motherfucking incident they've had multiple idiot squads from Reddit or wherever show up to harass Barb, and the last thing I imagine the residents of Ruckersville want is encouraging more internet tourists (weens and children) to their sleepy street.
Also the guy raped his mother. How the fuck are you going to spin that? "Oh this guy Chris used to live here. He's retarded and he fucked his mom. No he doesn't live here anymore but his rape victim's probably home if you want to go harass her. $10 please"

any government entity is entirely limited by the bureaucracy itself.
paperwork, paperwork, paperwork. weeks to months it's anyones guess. no one is going to be able to give you a true answer on this right now because of how things are in the USA at the moment.
