Honest to God, when I saw this trending on Twitter, I didn't want to believe it, but there was a part of me that had serious doubt.

If it was anybody else, I'd have thought "No, that's stupid" but its Chris and with him, almost anything is possible.

That's not true, they ruled against a specific North Carolina statute that instituted a blanket ban on all social media use by any registered sex offender. They did not rule that any statute that under any circumstances restricts or even entirely forbids social media use of a specific defendant is unconstitutional.

Oh there's definitely mold damage, but that's not such a big deal since the interior is going to need stripping and repainting anyways. Mold remediation is a small step added to that.

There is a whole threaded dedicated to the Future of the House where this has all been discussed already. I believe the consensus among those who've done this sort of thing is that 14BLC could be made habitable again for a few tens of thousands in a few weeks by a competent crew, making it a very profitable flip for anyone who buys it at a foreclosure sale. Or Cole if he chooses to bother with it.

If it were just black mold, it would be very expensive indeed, but since the interior will need to be stripped anyways, if only to get rid of the Tard Funk, mold remediation isn't that much of an additional expense,

There was a reason why Charb were running the entire house from a single bathroom outlet. Either they'd somehow damaged the interior wiring, or they tripped the breakers and didn't know how to reset them, or the hoard was blocking access to the other outlets. I suspect it was a combination of the latter two possibilities, but you never know with the Chandlers.

^This. Thank you for a better response than I was writing (for once I read ahead in the thread before replying).

The only thing I have to add is that this applies to statute, not specific terms of probation, or deferred disposition, set by a judge. There is nothing stopping the court from banning Chris from the internet (because Chris) or any other, for example, cyber criminal or child pornographer or whatever whose crimes were specifically internet related. It's the same reasoning that allows for repeat offender drunk drivers to lose their driving licenses.

IIRC he doesn't know about Kengle's attempt to steal Sonichu from him yet. But once he gets out and has internet, that could easily be the start of a new saga (call it something like the sonichuus saga).

Chris won't give a fuck about Kengle. I don't think any human in the world would give a fuck about Kengle. Kengle could win a million dollars and get a blowjob from Barb and Megan and no one would still give a fuck about him.

Ironically the only person who acknowledged Kengle's existence this week was a mental deficient named kefalls who immediately blocked him. It took a mentally deficient troon autistically pressing f5 on twitter every second for an entire day for Kengle to get noticed.

Something tells me that if he's released on parole, he's not going to be given "regular" parole and his conditions would account for the fact that Chris has been chronically unemployed for decades. Much of how his whole trial has transpired gives the impression that the court is well aware they're dealing with an exceptional individual who, while legally fit for trial, cannot be expected to take a slap on the wrist and told to go out into the world and be an adult. I think they'd be well aware of his incompetence and parole conditions would focus more on staying in ongoing mental health treatment of some kind + adult education. We don't expect Chris to keep a job in his current condition and I doubt the court does either, and they're not going to set him up for such obvious instant failure as to have him back next month taking up court time.
I'm sure this is something @Pointless Sperg has covered before.

That generally doesn't apply to disabled people or if it would be impossible. Nobody's going to hire Chris or if they did, keep him. He's not going to be forced to give up his :tugboat: to get parole/probation.

If he's not in a home, this can be a possibility.

The only thing is for how long. Whenever someone tries to help/get close to Chris, he always makes the person regret it.
Look at Null, Megan, Wallflower, Doopie, Teen Troon Squad, Barb, Etc...
