I'm not much of a handyman (I'd struggle with drywall or floors) but replacing light switches, outlets/receptacles and appliances is pretty easy. Appliances are hard because they're bulky, but all of the other shit even fucking Chris could replace if you hit him with a stick and turned off the power at the breaker.
Sure Chris could replace/fix them, but do you actually think that he would? This idiot was too lazy to make spaghetti for his girlfriend and you're saying he'd summon the energy to replace a light switch?

At these halfway houses, what is access to the internet like? Will they have so many minutes of supervised internet time a day? Or is the internet strictly against the rules? Will he be allowed to have a cell phone?

Can Heilberg ask that that the halfway house not allow Chris to be online due to the circumstances surrounding his case?

Usually when granting probation or bail, a Judge can order that the person in question be given limited or no access to the internet and/or communications devices. How its enforced though I have no idea.

The court is unlikely to impose anything. As of right now Chris is only charged with incest. However, the tard house could very well have rules and could even have a tard wrangler monitor Chris's online usage to make sure he's not doing anything objectionable.

Their floors must be horribly rotten with how much shit is on them.

In spots, probably. The carpets are a complete write-pff, and the subfloor will probably need to be replaced in a few places, as will a lot of drywall, but none of these are major repairs.

there are almost certainly several different broken things (light switches, outlets, appliances, etc.) that Chris or Barb never bothered with

Broken? Or did they just trip the circuit breaker and don't know how to flip it back? Just because a problem completely baffles the chandlers doesn't mean it isn't an easy fix

Would the switches etc have been replaced after The Great Keurig Fire?

I guarantee the entire house was completely rewired and re-piped. No qualified plumber or electrician is going to risk his license leaving in fire damaged work, especially when the fire was ostensibly caused by an electrical fault (it was actually caused by idiocy).

It's definitely going to be a big cleanup, and no mistake, but I doubt there's any major structural damage. Just a LOT of pet waste (and tard waste) remediation. Worst case it might need to be stripped down to studs and subfloor, but nothing beyond that, and drywall and linoleum are cheap. Worst case it will take a few tens of thousands if it's hired out and a lot less to DIY it.
If I had to guess, I imagine they probably have mold damage. Piles of trash climbing up the walls, poor air circulation, plus moist, probably urine soaked environment is a breeding ground for mold. Once they shovel that shit out of there, they'll find mold growing 4-5ft up the walls behind all the junk.

Im legally challenged so excuse if this is retarded but could there be a possibility that Null could end up being the designated online tard wrangler.
Since he was already helping him with his finances prior to this

It depends
Different houses different rules
Most likely it will be a cheap one with a few computers that are only used to put in job applications.
Most likely no wifi.
But for the most part they don't care if you have a phone (most of the time) with internet access.
They may even help Chris get a government funded phone.
Chris could post using McDonald's internet or the library.

Homeless in my city have government phones and download free texting and calling apps.
WiFi is everywhere now so they walk around stop for a few outside McDonald's to check messages or make a call and move on. If Chris was smart he would do that instead of using up all his minutes

No lol, that's retarded.

Maybe someone who has experience working at one of these places could better answer, but I what assume that it would likely be somebody who actually works at the home. Besides there's probably a 0% chance that null would want to do that even if he was by some crazy chance allowed to be the wrangler. He's made it pretty clear that he doesn't want anything further to do with Chris.

If it's black mold (which is really many different kinds of particularly nasty mold), there's another couple grand (or more) for remediation. It doesn't take many of these ka-chings to add up to the place not being worth fixing.

He goes on to write a biography, it sells millions of copies, he becomes rich and is swimming in pussy in no time.
He's mentally too far gone for this, talking about dimensional merges and such.

That being said, the opportunity for a rather interesting biography was around the GameStop saga. When was this, 2014? Chris shouldn't have gone to GameStop, but instead gotten in touch with someone mildly talented that was following him.

A good writer interviewing him for 100+ hours could create a rather compelling account of life as a special needs person in the 90's and 2000's. His story, though humiliating and kind of pathetic, is also fairly interesting from a professional standpoint. By definition, he *is* HFA - he's verbal and can generally cruise around town on his own. But he's also such a mess that we could gain valuable insight into why certain decisions are made.

Asking Chris the right, articulate questions, it would be pretty incredible insight into the little things, such as:
  • Parents paying people to be friends with him, and realizing it.
  • The thought process behind the hostility he keeps towards others who have wronged him, sometimes for decades - IE Mary Lee Walsh and Michael Snyder.
  • Why he loses himself in Sonichu, and sees it as an extension of his identity.
  • The obsession with children's toys, and why he's never taken an interest in more age appropriate things like sports or cars.
  • Why he kept falling for online girlfriends that were very clearly not real, as well as miscellaneous trolls like Liquid and the Miyamoto saga.
  • How he navigated through the early years of social media, and why he felt it was appropriate to aggressively post the content he did (IE creating a sonichu website not realizing he would be mocked, signing up for online dating not realizing he was fat and ugly)
  • Why the Blue Arms saga bothered him to the extent that it did, and why he felt the needs to start a campaign.
I don't really care for Geno to just tell us what happened, rather I'd find it entertaining to hear Chris explain this stuff himself, having to answer these questions articulately knowing that it would be used for something constructive.

This depends on the halfway house, some might prevent it completely, others might allow them limited access. Cell phones are the same thing.

I think they're specifically talking about the face plates and not actual extensive electrical damage.

Courts could ask Null to watch over him if they were so inclined, but Null can't be forced to watch over Chris against his own will. It's not Nulls duty to protect him or anybody else.
Chris is going to come out buff, well endowed, and ready for revenge. Be ready, trolls. You ain't gonna be shit when the excon saga starts.
He might be in better physical shape, but that will be weight loss, and not putting on tons of muscle. You'd need a really good food regiment and jails/prisons don't want inmates overpowering the guards.

At least in my country its pretty common for tard houses to be online. While I'd say the idea that Chris' internet usage would be "monitored" to some extent would be true (probably just a simple DNS filter or someone pretending to take an interest in whatever mspaint shit he's doing at the moment), two things to keep in mind is that 1. a tardarium/chromosome hotel is a home and not a prison, the internet is an accepted part of life now and unless his crimes specifically related to the internet (ie grooming minors) hes unlikely to have too much restricted access; and 2. those sort of places don't usually have enough staff/time/funding whatever to monitor multiple exceptional individuals 24/7.

I personally feel reasonably confident that if Chris goes to a regular sped home he will be back online and yapping in no time. However, if he is going to spend an extended time in a mental hospital though, that is a very different story in terms of internet access and its unlikely we'd hear from him until he is released... but again I've seen that vary on jurisdiction as well. Just my 2c.
