Case is sealed, so no.
so opl is in a halfway house possible a very shitty one and not those region 10 "resorts" he was hoping he'd go to. That's not only forbidden him internet access and possibly sending mail. Fuck you for sealing the case Heilburg, and fuck the weens who pushed him to doing it by crank calling him a hundred times a day this past year.

I don't think anyone would see this and want to fuck it.

Spoiler tags exist for a reason.

a highly detailed informational FAQ that's a tad long

It's only long because there are way too many questions that people keep asking over and over instead of using the site's search function.

Case is sealed, so no.

The case is sealed, but incarceration records are not. The case is the court's business, but the incarceration record is the jail's business. They are not the same thing. If judges were empowered to seal or conceal incarceration records on a whim, it would be all too easy for corrupt courts to simply "disappear" people they don't like.

The Central Virginia Regional Jail is currently responsible for habeusing Chris' fat, greasy corpus, keeping it safe and secure. As soon as they're rid of Chris, you'd better believe they're going to make it public that they are no longer responsible for him. Even if they don't say where he's gone to, they will publish when he's no longer at CVRJ.

AFAIK no transportation record has been published on VINE, just a transport order, so Chris has to still be at CVRJ¹. Since there's a transport order, it's likely they already have a place picked out for him, but no beds have opened up there for him yet.

So opl is in a halfway house

Not yet. See above. And since the transport order doesn't say where he's supposed to be going (thanks HIPAA), it's likely a mental health facility, not a mere halfway house.

This + Sonichu NFTs.

Are NFTs still a thing?

That has nothing to do with it. Your presence in a correctional institution is a matter of public record, your presence in a mental hospital isn't.

^Precisely this. Also your absence from a correctional institution is a matter of public record.

¹ You can always send Chris a letter at CVRJ. If it's returned to sender, you'll know he's been transferred out. If there still isn't a notice of transfer by that time, then it means things have gone all fucky with the chain of custody records (extremely unlikely - incarceration records are serious business).

Especially considering it's a pretty safe bet they've been getting ween calls on a nearly daily basis about him.

I'm almost surprised they haven't edited their phone tree to put an announcement about Chris right at the beginning: "If you're calling about Chris Chandler, press '9' now…" Then put anyween who calls on permanent hold with the worst elevator music they can find.

Only their obvious lack of technical acumen, as evidenced by their pathetic attempt at a website, explains why they haven't done so yet.

The Cwcki's not up so I can't check but how long did it take to fulfill the transport order for Chris going to Western State? I don't have much knowledge of court/jail proceedings but I assume an order being unfulfilled for this long is unusual.

I know some people are disappointed in the end to the Chris story but I think it's fitting
I mean let's be honest we all knew there was only a few possible outcomes
-Heart attack
-Homeless
-mental institution

that's actually a pretty good question, Chris Chan's life in prison would make a pretty interesting reality show
He sits on the floor and plays solitaire. It beats Young Sheldon, but there are still better ways to spend our time.

End? What end?

Don’t forget prison. Not now, maybe, but it still belongs on the list of possibilities. Much more likely than a mental institution.

Tard home is a likely outcome as well.

I may be mistaken, but IIRC he had a hearing in J&DR court and was then transferred to Western about a month later. I suspect the order for competency evaluation came from that hearing, but it took a month for a bed to open at Western before he could be sent there. I believe this was also the hearing where his next appearance was scheduled six months away right before the one year limit on misdemeanor charges, which is basically the court allowing for as long as possible to get Chris a place at Western, competentize him up, and get him back to jail for his next appearance.

I don't have much knowledge of court/jail proceedings but I assume an order being unfulfilled for this long is unusual.

If it is a mental health facility, it's not that unusual. Beds can be hard to come by, especially in states without a lot of mental health infrastructure, and especially especially for problem cases like Chris. He could be waiting a long time for a placement, but fortunately since he's taken a deferred disposition, the court can take all the time it needs to put him somewhere.

Of course Chris can always speed things up himself by forsaking his deferred disposition and being summarily sent to prison.

All of the above in rotation, with stretches of incarceration thrown in for flavor. I'm also still holding out for diabeetus.

Would Chris still have a chance for beetus in prison or tard home or the streets? Assuming he isn't with beetus already.

Usually I am not a fan of his playing the autism card, but in this case protected custody would be absolutely warranted

That was my thoughts exactly, Chris in no way should be in Gen-Pop as much for his own safety as for the problems he'd cause for the staff an other inmates that can lead to bigger problems.

Has Chris ever finished anything that took more than fifteen minutes (and would have taken any normal person only five)?

Besides, almost everything he creates ends up being autobiographical anyways (at least from his own fantasy wish fulfillment perspective).

Oddly I've been looking into his CADD and the requirements for it at the time and you can now learn CAD and CAM to the same level he supposedly did in just over a month with some of the more affordable options and slightly longer if you use FreeCAD and the online tutorials and guides.

I know CAD mostly basic stuff I use for recording stuff I comeacross and converting physical drawings into a 2D cad to add to digital filing systems for planning and historical preservation but I am no expert and even looking at a glance at what chris DID learn he was following basic step by step instructions and not picking up on errors which is what his mall plan seemed to have been a evaluation of.

It amazes me even with something he stuck to he didn't put any effort in, part of me wonders if it's a genuine mental problem or him just being a lazy pratt that's causing it but even by his own standards he's put less and less effort into anything and everything he does.

I'm ashamed to admit that if I squint, this reminds me of the girl who broke my duckling, though she had feminine features and larger breasts. (So thank you, large and slutty women, for the bedroom advice that this frustrated virgin needed.)

Mate I'm a former alcoholic and made some very questionable choices when it comes to relationships especially due to very bad disco lighting and amber tinted glasses but even then on my worst night never pulled anything that remotely looks like that, even if I squinted or jabbed a thumb in my eye - you really need better taste in the lady's or psychological help I can't decide wich so you probably need both.

I believe all the house tour videos were from before the house was burned, gutted, and rebuilt, so it should be in better shape today. They haven't had as much time to (literally) shit it up.

There was one post fire, and it was back to being a cluttered mess but it was mostly contained in Plastic bins, I think his old room upstairs was inaccessible and the kitchen while cleaner was still not a place you'd eat from unless you where a famine survivor.
The dog's where back to pissing and shitting on mats they hardly changed from the look of it and there was no clean surface or one free from various crap like barbs knick-knacks and every surface in chris's rooms was covered with toys.

While it was rebuilt quickley and decently and they haven't done as much damage to it this time around there are still going to be problems that will have to be addressed rather than just ware an tear normal to a house because of how they live, hell Chris has pissed on the floor once that we know of and he will have likely done it more, add to that the dog and piss shit that will have seeped in replacing large areas of the floor is a given as are the holes he's punched into the plaster board.

that’s obviously not going to happen, but imagine the mental gymnastics that would follow. How he’d weave his encounter with Jamal and DeAntoine into cwcville lore.
Would that be the finger trap saga

I think Chris is repulsive enough to repel even the horniest prisoners- besides its not like he passes as a Christine anyway.
Chris would most likely be housed in the sex offenders wing so horny doesn't matter, they'll see him mincing about an bang a video that even twitter would have to take down.

It's difficult to determine precisely how stupid Chris is because he's too lazy to finish any intelligence test.

It's definitely going to be a big cleanup, and no mistake, but I doubt there's any major structural damage. Just a LOT of pet waste (and tard waste) remediation. Worst case it might need to be stripped down to studs and subfloor, but nothing beyond that, and drywall and linoleum are cheap. Worst case it will take a few tens of thousands if it's hired out and a lot less to DIY it.

Their floors must be horribly rotten with how much shit is on them. And it's not like the filth would be the only issue, cause there are almost certainly several different broken things (light switches, outlets, appliances, etc.) that Chris or Barb never bothered with. Tearing it all down and starting fresh might just be easier.

Chris isn't getting 15 years for incest you fucking retards

light switches, outlets, appliances, etc.
I'm not much of a handyman (I'd struggle with drywall or floors) but replacing light switches, outlets/receptacles and appliances is pretty easy. Appliances are hard because they're bulky, but all of the other shit even fucking Chris could replace if you hit him with a stick and turned off the power at the breaker.
