Surprising he hasn't done this already isn't it? has not a single preying merchant approached him with this idea? his history is well recorded, but an autobiography with his name on it? seems like a goldmine to me

Besides, almost everything he creates ends up being autobiographical anyways (at least from his own fantasy wish fulfillment perspective).

I don't know a lot about jail but I don't think anyone would see this and want to fuck it. Maybe a very small percentage. 95 out of 100 inmates would immediately be repulsed by the sight. Of the remaining 5 percent 4 percent would be repulsed by his smell and the last 1 percent would be repulsed once their dick was coated in his shit upon entry.

Person who actually renovated houses here.
The house has a couple things going for it.
It is not exactly a tiny house and is big enough to either turn into a duplex or big enough to raise an expanding family in. These factors make it sexy for people looking to rent it out or people looking to raise a family.
Also everyone forgets house renovations are basically a simple mathematic formula. The mathematical formula basically boils down to would it be more expensive to tear this place down and build a new structure or would it be cheaper to tear it down to the bones and rebuild or would it be cheaper to just do a simple renovation.
Without actually checking the structure of the house I can only guess but I can say after seeing the house tours and videos of the house I've seen worse.
My guess is the whole name of oh the place has to be torn down is just stupid because clear out the junk and I think it would only need a bit of fixing.
If the house does not have any structural issues or roofing issues I would give an estimate comfortably around $30k in order to get it market ready as a single family home. If the person is looking to turn it into a duplex I would double that.

I'm ashamed to admit that if I squint, this reminds me of the girl who broke my duckling, though she had feminine features and larger breasts. (So thank you, large and slutty women, for the bedroom advice that this frustrated virgin needed.)

I believe all the house tour videos were from before the house was burned, gutted, and rebuilt, so it should be in better shape today. They haven't had as much time to (literally) shit it up.

Mostly it will be a big cleanup job with pet remediation. I understand it's in an unincorporated area, so permitting should be relatively easy. I wouldn't try duplexing it since that's a bitch with split levels and the area doesn't lend itself to duplexes anyways. However a rebuilt 14BLC would be a VERY attractive starter home for a new family looking for a commuter home to Charlottesville, especially with the Chandler history discount. And local housing prices will only go up after the Chandlers are finally gone for good. This is all covered (ad nauseam) in the Future of the House thread.

There's a good chance he'll end up homeless and destitute like Terry Davis. With his mental health problems there's no way he can take care of the work needed to get and keep housing. He's also very resistant to people helping him, so I can't see the internet taking pity on him for years on end. Especially after he raped his mother. Either way, the happy days of christory are over, this seems like a tragedy now.
