Guys, Chris will have plenty of money from various weens who will be perfectly happy to support him and his habits once he's out of prison. Anyone who thinks otherwise is far too optimistic about people and that's coming from someone who's a bit of an optimist himself.

I am betting on probahation violation, probably over some stupid shit and ending up in jail again.
there has to be atleast a felony charge and sex offender registry in the works, I don't think they'll let him go on a misdeamor and give him light terms.

They're going to put him up in section 8 subsidized housing like countless other cows on the site.

He's already got disability checks coming in, meaning he's already a government-certified tard; when it comes to welfare while it's tough to get on it, once you're in the system you're in it forever.
He's going to keep living exactly like he has. The only difference will be the loss of his live in sweetheart Barbie-Chan.

He has my sympathy. It must be tough losing your mother and your GF at the exact same time :(

That's assuming he avoids sor, if he gets even a tier one registration he's disqualified from section 8.

His tugboat will be taken away if the charges get upgraded to felony charges and he gets convicted, he won't have to reapply though, just update his status as a convicted felon with the social security department.

No. Only Tier 3 (lifetime requirement) offenders are disqualified from section 8.

He doesn't have to update his status as a felon. He just has to inform them that he got out (and prove it with his release papers).

His tugboat will be suspended if he spends more than 30 days incarcerated post-conviction. This could be on a misdemeanor as well, but since his next hearing is at the one-year anniversary, he can't spent more than 30 days post-conviction for a misdemeanor after that since time served will cover any misdemeanor at that point. That's why at this point he'll only lose the right to tugboat payments if he gets a felony conviction.

Depending on what the final charge is and how much supervision and restriction Chris will legally require once released, I think it's very possible Chris could get invited to a home with other transgender sex degenerates. I don't mean that in the typical right-wing sense either, but people into genuine sex degeneracy, such as zoos and pedos. There's a home for even the lowest filth out there. If anyone remembers the zoosadist leaks, it was full of people talking about illegal activities, protecting each other, being jealous of kiddy diddler friends, ect.. Compared to that, sticking his dick in his mother is no problem, and he has the fact he's the famous Chris Chan on his side. If people send greasy incel school shooters love letters in prison, Chris can find a couch among fellow autistic furry sex offenders.

I may be wrong, but I think the state is required to find "special" cases like Chris something more "managed" than just section 8.
It's hard to know how this law actually plays out in reality because it's so new. We really haven't seen many actual instances of it being implemented. And of course Chris gets to be the lucky moron who gets to be one of the first.

Even bronies found what he did so repugnant they preemptively banned him.

I doubt Chris is the first case in Virginia to qualify under this new law, but he's almost definitely the first to qualify in Greene County. We're not likely to learn of any other examples, since who cares about random tard misdemeanors? I'm certainly not going to wast time searching for other cases.

That said, Chris is likely the first such case to have any sort of notoriety, so the court is probably a bit overly zealous to dot every I and cross every T looking for somewhere to dump him, and that takes time.

Assisted living is basically a guarantee. There is no chance they'll allow him to just... be by himself
How do you know?

Places cost money to live and who wants a legit mofo bunking with them?

We all know 14 BC isn't an option.

Chris may very well be on the streets for an undetermined amount of time before he's either picked up again or someone's crazy enough to try to keep him.
