This is probably the first time Laur and Lillee have ever been featured online, or anywhere for that matter, without having to pay a Chinese astroturf company. Shes loving the attention and going overboard with the filings in the hopes the party wont stop.

I would bet dollars to donuts she gained a bunch of weight that even FaceTune can't hide. She was never thin to begin with but she could take a passable portrait from the chest up if she mewed hard enough.
I don't think they'd let anything as measly as "homelessness" or "getting sued for being illegal squatters" get in the way of her journey to stardom, but their obsession with vapid influencer culture leads me to believe they'd be smart enough to lay low if her face ballooned up enough.

I'm convinced the "life saving surgery" was a cosmetic procedure. She already had her ugly teeth fixed, so I'm leaning towards fat removal, too. Not even at a legit plastic surgeon, but one of those health spas where you pay through the nose for coolsculpting and/or ozempic jabs.
It was only a matter of time until her youthful metabolism left her and she started looking like Laur. Even back then, you could tell by her arms, face, and thunder thighs that she was gonna be a fatty if she kept on eating the way she did. That metabolism was the only thing keeping her from gaining, as she's never tried to eat healthy or make any attempt to stay fit as far as I'm aware. Other than her hair color, she's very much her mother's daughter. And going by Laur, all I can say is, yikes.
I don't know what the hell is taking Judge Greenberg so long. She's being far too kind to these parasites. Do you think she's actually reading the thread? How hilarious would it be if she were trawling through here, discovering the Truemans' long, long string of squatting and evictions?
On top of Lillie turning twenty-five and aging beyond whatever youthful metabolism she may have had, she's also technically a dwarf at 4'9". A woman her size becomes obese if she eats more than 12-13 hundred calories per day - and we've seen the sort of massive Chinese takeouts she lives off of (because of course the Truemans order out nightly instead of eating cheaply at home - ain't like they pay rent.)
Lillie's big launch circa 2018-ish was due to her losing 40 pounds or something via dieting, as an "Instagram model". She got down to around 120 pounds, which is still obese at her height - she and Laur used to brag about how she reversed her diabeetus by losing weight, which surely has returned by now in spades. Perhaps they're spending Earl's disability on GLP1 shots instead of the rental they're so behind on.
I'm just so angry for Vincent. This is nuts! Do they get to just stay forever for free? I know it's Queens, but come on.
Laur, the meter is still running. He and Lawyer Dong are going to come after you for very penny you owe, When you do finally have to work, they will garnish your pay. You owe him more than $80k right now. You can't get out of that no matter how long you stay there.
If I were Vincent I might consider going to the media. This story is just so so egregious. How else do you pressure a housing judge to do their job?
He's not a housing court judge; the housing court decided Laur needs to GTFO back in December. Judge Greenberg is a state civil supreme court judge; Laur filed a plea to stay her eviction in the state civil supreme court.
But I do agree that the continued decision delay is egregious at this point. All documents were filed and he heard from both parties in court back in March. It's now May, five months after the housing court said that the sheriff was going to put the Truemans out without further appeal.
Well well well, has Judge Greenberg ruled and the filing hasn't been published yet?
Laur filed a flurry of pleadings for a fresh stay of eviction, stating that a single payment of $28k should cover her rental arrears of over $90k. She demands that the case be re-argued.

ETA2: per the footnote on page 1 of the 3 page decision, the crap Laur filed in the first screenshot above is moot, because the case has already been decided. If she files more crap, that, too, will be ignored.
Judge Greenberg was kind enough to peruse the schizo filings Laur made after all documentation was submitted to the court - and he still said, "LOL, no, who cares about your daughter's dramu, she's ain't part of this stay pleading."

So May 2. Once the judge rules do they get ANOTHER 30 days? Or is it more like 72 hours.? They could already be at the Far Rockaway Travelodge.
I hope Lawyer Dong and Vincent go after her for every penny of that $90k. I know you can't get blood from a stone, but come on. She basically got 45 months of rent for FREE, otherwise.
I'm not a lawyer, so don't quote me on this, but I think Lawyer Dong will need to submit this decision to the housing court so the sheriff can be notified to evict. He may be able to present this decision and the previous final hosuing court decision to the sheriff for eviction, but this is just guesswork.
It's also possible that Landlord Jin can change the locks today, call the police to report trespassers, and show the police today's decision and the previous housing decision to remove them forthwith.
