Don't you think some Occam's Razor is in place here: they went to dubai and now are claiming all the charges are fraudulent. If they see laur and lj on CCTV, it's a deepfake sponsored by evil entities, blah blah (insert skitzo rambling).
As above, they can't afford a flight (or flights, since Laur will never leave her side), to Dubai. The scammers got scammed by one of the shady companies they buy likes / subscribers from.

And who on earth gave any of the Truemans a credit card?

It seems that the sheriff's visit to Landlord Jin's house is imminent, because Laur is in a blind, all caps panic. She filed more schizo babble last night and again this morning, demanding that her exhibits be shown to Judge Greenberg, again, immediately!

Yes, lady, you made one payment towards your rental arrears from September 2023 through May 2025. It doesn't matter that you made a partial payment. You are years behind in payment for rent owed, and you are accruing more debt every day longer you squat in that apartment.

Less filing, more packing, lady.

(PS I wonder if that "press release" about their credit card having a weird charge was because they tried to pay for a motel and the card declined? They could be at the JFK Rockaways Inn!)

Laur needs to leave Greenberg alone. He already said that all her filings will be ignored and the eviction is a go. Though I can't help but laugh at the idea of Laur being charged with contempt for harassing a judge. I hope that Laur goes the soverign citizen route and starts quoting obscure 1800s law to stay the eviction, or better yet, she claims that she's a corporation and not subject to personal property right laws. She already claims that everyone else who laughs at her dumb drama is a corporation so she's already half way there. I feel bad for Judge Greenberg and Landlord Vincent because Laur is just going to add them to the current ongoing conspiracy when she gets kicked out.
 
Checked the original eviction docket. Notice of Eviction was filed yesterday. Either the Trueman’s vacate the property by May 25 or they will be forced out on May 26.

This is the third time in this saga that a fourteen day eviction notice has been filed. The first time, their respective lawyers made an agreement where the Truemans could stay if they paid their debt and started paying rent on time each month (they failed to do either thing.) The second time, Laur filed her ludicrous case with the NY State Civil Supreme Court in an attempt to secure an eviction stay (which was rejected.) Does she have another round of delay in her, or is this finally the end?

Oh, there's no way they're leaving before they're physically removed from this place by the sheriff, IMO.

They haven't found another sucker to con into offering them a lease, not with two evictions and a recent bankruptcy against Laur and Earl (plus unpaid taxes on Laur's old business and unpaid income taxes.)

They could try making Lilly the leaseholder, but Laur tanked her daughter's credit right around her eighteenth birthday by putting the scammy orthodontist bill in Lily's name without any intention of payment. Lilly was taken to court over it and still owes that judgment (in addition to unpaid income taxes.) Lily hasn't been named on any of their leases, so the evictions aren't on her record, but this also means she doesn't have any rental history at age 25.

So all of them have trashed credit and outstanding creditors, and the only rental agreement Lilly could sign would require either a cosigner (which her parents don't qualify for), a huge cash deposit, or both.

Once they get put out, their options are to start car camping or begin their weekly motel saga like the rest of America's down and outs with a monthly government check. I think their run of scamming NYC landlords has finally come to the end.

Looks like we missed out on an unredacted smackdown by the judge. Motion 4 has been denied and the Trueman's are getting evicted. No stay is granted. Maybe the can pitch a tent in Central Park and LJ can try busking?

But now, she's claiming that Landlord Jin accepting the HRA loan as partial payment for rental arrears Laur owed is FRAUD, yah honah! In Laur's opinion, if she can't stay there forever, for free, then Vincent needs to pay back the money she sent him (despite that money being BACK rent she owed prior to May 2025.)

I'm sure the HRA is coming at the Truemans hard for repayment on that loan Laur took out in Earl's name, but she's the one who promised to repay those monies. Not to mention that the loan amount was just a drop in the bucket against what she owed through May of last year - plus she owes Vincent another entire year from June 2024 through the current month.

I love their janky address - the weird former condo / now single family home again / split back into rental units address gives serious "Harry Potter, Number 4 Privet Drive, Cupboard Under the Stairs" vibes.

The odd legality of the upstairs rental unit itself is likely what prevented Landlord Jin from starting eviction proceedings in 2022. They had to get the address exact before eviction could start. But that level of plot armor is long gone in Vincent Jin's quest to get these lazy scammers out of his house.
 
Laur is up and at 'em early today, blithely informing Judge Greenberg that she plans to appeal his decision.

Unfortunately for Laur, filing a notice to appeal to the state Supreme Court or state appellate court in NY does NOT stop a judgement from being enforced - meaning, tick tock moron, the eviction is still on.

She CAN file a separate motion for a stay of enforcement, but this requires a bond (i.e. money she doesn't have.) It also requires approval of this motion to get on the appellate court calendar, and I don't see a multi year eviction for nonpayment case to stay written by Laur's interpretation of whatever Gemini says being approved.
