It's retard bullshit: photos she took of herself as a teenager, published online, then later paid to trademark so she can cry about being wronged somehow.
Meanwhile, I've been doing some super cereal evil recon by pursuing the publicly available NY state appellate docket. They have a very handy court document browsing tool, so you don't need to know the case number or the party name to observe fuckery in progress.
What have I learned? Well, the appellate court only hears cases one or two days per month. It's Laur's cockroach luck that the May dates are coming up this week: the 20th and the 21st. Laur is not currently on the docket (I did check both pages.)
But there's a possibility that her two hundred and thirteen packets of court documents have been printed out and brought to the appeals court in person so she can make a judge or judicial panel review her emergency motion to put her on the docket this week. We all know there's no way this appeal will be approved - but Laur is banking on it. She's got all her little grifter eggs in this basket. The fireworks when it fails should be amazing.
