Yeah but FOIAs can take a bit, and they censor stuff (like they might censor Lillee).
Someone there, with a phone, would be mad funny.
I wouldn't recommend anyone other than people she's already doxed and stalked file a FOIA because FOIA requests can be FOIAed. I'm not even sure if the dramatubers care about this since a few of them stated that they're not going after Laur because she has no money and it's pointless.

208 and 209 just got deleted and 211 is already returned for corrections. I'm curious about 210 though because we've seen Laur name completely unrelated people in her filings and making grandiose claims about them. Once again, Laur has no money to sue for, but this seems like actionable defamation. I kinda hope that Laur has a run in with one of the other pro se schizos and they just file a completely unhinged lawsuit against each other.

They're going to have to restrict her access to that case or the portal they use - I don't know if she will ever stop uploading nonsense into it even after she's been physically evicted. If nothing else, maybe refuse filings from her unless received via USPS.

Not quite sure what Laur is trying to say with this latest filing, but it looks like SHE'S trying to call Judge Greenberg to court to stay her eviction on 5/26, the same day she's supposed to be evicted?

She also re-filed document 211.

She filed document 212 under Motion 1, her original motion to stay the eviction, which has already been ruled on. How many different ways does Laur need to be told "no"? No, Judge Greenberg will not re-hear the case he just decided on. No, you can't file an identical stay pleading as Motion 4. No, you can't file another eviction stay pleading under Motion 1 again.

Lady, you are evicted. Housing court said so. State Civil Supreme Court said so. You will be evicted before you can attempt to get on calendar at the State Court of Appeals.

Laur is up and at 'em early today, blithely informing Judge Greenberg that she plans to appeal his decision.
Appeal to who? This is the state supreme court, iirc the only way to escalate this now is to appeal to SCOTUS and to do that, the case must be relevant to federal law. At least, that's how I understand it (please feel free to chime in and correct me on this @multiverse ). It's already beneath Judge Greenberg to be handling a paltry eviction dispute, but on the state level they can choose whether or not to hear a case. Ira could easily have denied it because this is not something a superior court would typically handle, but he threw Laur a bone.

Again, I'm just going off of what I remember from my college civics class ages ago so please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd like to be educated on this process. But afaik this is the final stop for Laur.

Edit: ok my dumbarse googled it, apparently in New York, the state supreme court is not the highest court for some reason, that would be the Court of Appeals. But that court absolutely will not handle this case, because both parties involved must ask permission to the court before they'll hear the case, and I don't see them agreeing to rule on a low level civic matter whose ruling has already been upheld by every single lower court before then.

Yes, this can go to the state appellate court next - only if accepted on to the calendar - and then the state Supreme Court if that fails.

To avoid being evicted on 5/26/26, Laur has to write a cogent, legally accurate motion to the state appeals court AND have that motion calendared prior to her eviction. It ain't gonna happen.

Laur appears to be summoning Judge Greenberg to hear Motion 1 yet again on 5/26/26 - but she doesn't run his calendar. Just more schizo motions!

The filing fee to appeal a case before the appeals court is 315 dollars. This made me curious on what she spent on the Supreme Court case:

Getting the index is 210, she got an RJI which is 95. 4 motions at 45 a pop, 180. Her last filing is a notice of appeal, 85. She's spent a bare minimum of 570 dollars on court fees. The appeals court seems to be brought before a panel of judges and not a single judge. The motions in the appeal court are also 45 dollars, so maybe Laur is filing all this stuff under motion 1 because she doesn't want to shell out another 45 dollars?

The fact that she is still trying to get a stay for her eviction while knowing full well that it's over, means that they have absolutely nowhere to go despite having had over 2 years of time to find a new place.

Good job Laur, buy yourself and your daughter another clown award, you deserve it!

I don't think it's that they have nowhere to go. There are plenty of cheap motels who would take them cash up front, no questions asked. It's just that Laur and her precious little goblin spawn are just too good for those kinds of places. It's beneath them. No, clearly they deserve to live in someone else's colonial estate in New York City, where they can pretend they actually matter.

Laur seems terrified to leave Queens - she won't consider another borough, let alone moving further away from the city where rent is cheaper. No clue why she's so attached to this particular building, either, despite the address being publicly known for years, if she's so terrified of nefarious entires she believes are after her.

I think they left their last place after eviction before the sheriff came, so I expect they'll do the same this time. Laur will probably continue submitting schizo filings right up until the end.

Maybe she thinks it's really hard to move a freezer.
Poor earl. Either he's in that freezer or he is still alive somewhere, and married to this crazy bitch.
Ya know....I wouldn't be shocked. This got me wondering if Earl is ever present on their social media, and the answer is no. While perusing their socials though I did notice that Lillie gets like literally zero interaction on Twitter. Like NONE at all. Say what you will about the place, but it is undeniable that Twitter is far more influential than IG at this point (where LJ seems to focus the most of their bot-buying attention) and a few bot follows would probably earn her more clout in this day and age than paying some bot farm in India to heart her ugly pics on IG.

But what do I know? Im not a famous influencer like her.

Lily is apparently directing the NYPD to issue subpoenas against DA TROLLS for distributing her publicly published images. Funny how that never results in anything.

9 a.m. in NYC, and Laur is playing Lady Lawyer again. I wonder what theme song plays in her head as she imagines herself winning a permanent stay in someone else's house where she never pays rent again.

Anyway, she filed an application to get fast-tracked onto the appellate court calendar, and notified her adversary, Judge Greenberg, of this.

For those interested, here are the details of the fast track process. One thing AI slop got wrong here is that digital applications are NOT accepted any longer in Queens - Laur has to show up in person with all 213 submitted documents printed out to apply for this process. Then a judge or judges will look at everything she submitted previously, have a good laugh, and reject the whole thing in 24 - 48 hours.

Laur ought to look up the lay persons definition of insanity.
Doing the same thing time after time and expecting a different result.

.Lady, you’re insane. Judge Ira isn’t going to humor your retarded ramblings. You lost. Time to pack your shit up and GTFO!

How this thread isnt the most popular shit on this site is beyond me. This is glorious. This woman is just digging a very public, very legal hole and burying herself in it. I thought maybe she'd be the type to vacate the property before the police actually showed up but this whole shitshow makes me think otherwise. I know FOIAs for police bodycams are public info but I have no qualms with going downtown and picking up an homeless dude I can skinwalk as to get that shit released.
