Oh a pig got bit too, boohoo. Those snakes were kept in Tupperware boxes. Those pigs could have easily stacked them up and drove them to some state ran environmental agency instead of a stop by at a doughnut shop and then arresting Tyrone for a gram of weed.so risk wild life officers/polices lives (they don't have the antivenom either) to send it back to bumfuck Australia where it probably couldn't even survive because this dumbfuck raised it in a tupperwear? i guess the state should pay for it to get shipped and relocated the middle of nowhere in Australia?
I watched a documentary saying how tasty they are. Humans are menaces anyway, we can just eat the problem away.Apparently they're really tasty, though. If we can get Amerimutts to enjoy eating them, we might finish them off.
Hope the cancer takes him out.Leibowitz had cancer? If it was in his brain, it might explain a few things.
You can get a lot through customs by packing it correctly, labelling it "hobby supplies" and not having a West or East Asian sounding name. How did this moron get his hands on an inland taipan, anyway? They're Australian, and they're the most venomous snake on the planet. You're not allowed to export any live native animal out of Australia to have as a pet, save for a few parrots (budgies, sulphur-crested cockatoos, cockatiels, etc.). I can't fathom how this would ever make it through customs.
People who build and keep beautiful aquariums or habitat enclosures for salt water fish, coral, exotic plants/orchids or small reptiles and amphibians are a entirely different species of human from hur-dur look at this big snake or lizard (usually kept in a dirty glass aquarium or plastic bin on a shelf) people.had a friend/coworker who had geckos in this beautiful entire wall aquarium, or terrarium, not sure what it's called. full of plants and such. they had a dinner party for a few of us from work and I'd never seen anything like it and had no idea they had any pets until then.
This guy is the good end of the spectrum of snake people. Careful, observant, fascinated by the creatures but isn’t using them to prove his masculinity or fearlessness. The nerdy snake people are fine, but as this guy details you have an army of idiot assholes (like Jeffery) railing against the good, careful keepers at a zoo simply because they won’t waste the precious anti-venom they collect on a absolute mong like Jeff who got what was coming to him. I’d guarantee if some idiot brought a kid over to Jeff’s, and the kid got bit, they’d supply the anti-venom. But there are way too many absolute morons with venomous snakes, who think proper handling is for pussies, not to have a strict rules against handing out their anti-venom.The Kentucky Reptile Zoo is being review bombed for refusing to provide antivenom to this arrogant mong.

Late and gay, but man I did no expect to see Chandler in the threat.Idk what it is with reptiles, but this hobby attracts just so many weirdos and "Hey, look at meee" types, it's kind of insane.
This guy is just one of many in this community from the impression that I've gotten.
I have two ( harmless ) corn snakes at home and while I was doing some research on ways to make their next enclosures nicer one evening, I've come across a guy that breeds pythons that commonly can't properly move/climb and wobble around like they have parkison's disease (but they're rly pretty and not ALL of them are horribly disabled, so it's okay guys), some guy with millions of subs that lost a finger to a cobra he was messing around with and some other dude that had the bright idea to jump into a murky pond with a crocodile to get it out and relocate it to somewhere else and got his leg bitten. Of course this moron insisted on not getting it looked at right away, jumped back into that nasty ass pond and continued to be a clown while endangering everyone involved.
The same guy later got also bit by a wild indian cobra bc he just had to pick it up and harass it, bc... reasons ig.
TLDR: I'm shocked we don't hear about these ppl ending up dead way more often.
I hope his body hangs on for as long as is physically possible with his kidneys necrotising inside him. I don’t know if he had kids, but this is definitely in the running for a Darwin Award.Hope the cancer takes him out.
Puff isn't dead just hibernating through the winter trolleThat's because choosing a reptile as a pet to begin with oftentimes starts as seeking attention. Otherwise there's no reason to choose an animal that requires much more attention, care, and maintenance as reptiles when you can just get a dog, cat, bird, or fish.
"Dur hurr, look at me, I have a gecko that requires me to keep this specific area of my house this temperature, and if I make one mistake it gets an infection or if I fuck up in one small way, it's dead and gone forever!"
That's not to say they all are attention seeking whores, but that's often why do it in the first place. KingCobra JFS is a perfect example, even though bearded dragons are relatively easy to take care of when it comes to reptiles.
RIP to my nigga, Puff.
Unfortunately it's bad news.Is Jeffrey dead yet?
Idk what kind of work he's involved in, I've only watched 2 videos on his channel due to him being in one of Clint's Reptiles videos ( where he sounded fine but there were comments where people voiced their disappointment with Clint endorsing him ) which are the one with the crocodile bite and the one where he ends up getting bit by that wild cobra in the middle of nowhere.Late and gay, but man I did no expect to see Chandler in the threat.
He's fucking crazy. Pure, uncut Florida crazy. But I haven't watched his videos his big male King Cobra died a while back. He seemed alright thought, I thought he was breeding baby reptiles like crocs for zoos and repopulation programs?
Venom did it's job it's either dialysis for life or kidney transplants.Unfortunately it's bad news.
The good news is he'll have to pay for all 10 shots of antivenom ($3500 or so a pop) and his kidneys are fucked forever.
And there's cancer I'm rooting for.
Florence, SC is in a rural part of the American South. This part of the country has several native species of venomous snakes. I’m sure animal control down there is trained to identify those species. What animal control is almost certainly not trained in is identifying venomous Australian snakes. Furthermore, the actual logistics of moving and rehoming deadly reptiles is more involved than trying to find a home for a stray cat. Expecting mommy government to be omniscient and expecting some county level dog catcher to have the means to accomplish what you are expecting him to accomplish leads me to believe that you are either stupid or European. Either way, you’re out of your element.Sorry, I sometimes forget that other countries don't have government employees that are on call 24/7 and are paid to remove and relocate venomous snakes and other dangerous reptiles that find their way into human dwellings.
Carry on being American, I guess.

I think I remember hearing that he was a student at BYU and was a TA over there. I could be wrong so please correct me if that’s the case but from what I understand Mormons never had an official stance on evolution. Some are very opposed and some are very supportive. Those who support it see it as a part of Gods laws/ordee while the ones that oppose it interpret the Old Testament literally like more like southern Evangelicals.Clint's great. I believe he is currently teaching at Utah Valley University but he also runs a reptile petting zoo in Springville, Utah.
The evolution debatebro stuff probably seems dated to most people in the world. However, in Utah higher education institutions are in a constant battle where biology and other science departments (including at BYU) are pitted against other departments and the administrations over the right to teach evolution as a fact.
Also, if you're in Florida and happen to catch a wild tegu, let me know.

That actually upsets me to think this retard could get kidneys over someone else.Venom did it's job it's either dialysis for life or kidney transplants.
If the cancer thing is true- and I'm well aware that's a big "if"- it's very unlikely that he'll be approved for a transplant. In order to receive a transplant you need to be in this weird twilight stage, where you're simultaneously dying of organ failure, but well enough to both survive the operation and make it worth the effort. If he does have the Big C, I don't know what immunosuppresents will do to active cancer cells but I doubt that it'll be good. That actually upsets me to think this retard could get kidneys over someone else.
I doubt he will, but this makes me MATI thinking he's even possibly eligible for it.
The chances are low. A review board would see "bitten by non native extremely venomous snake he kept as a pet" on his charts and move his ass to the back of the transplant line. That actually upsets me to think this retard could get kidneys over someone else.
