She's consuming enough calories to both fuel her cancer's growth and exceed the amount of calories her body needs to maintain its quarter ton mass.

I don't know if it hurts any more than what she was used to before her diagnosis, but now that she knows she has cancer she's going to play it up for pity.

Well it looks like she will be dyeeen very soon. She does not care about anything but food. I can't wait to see how she deals with the recovery from surgery. I think she will use the misery of it to blame her bingeeeen. She is still a disgusting whale and I have no sympathy for her. She arrogantly thought she was "healthy but big" for so long and it is now all catching up with her.
 
She is too stupid for her own good. It’s just sad the layers of delusion.

Now more than ever she needs to take her health seriously, but she is incapable. She does not need to play a dumb “game” with her mother about not eating rice. She needs to be told the cold hard facts of life. Humans are not immortal, we have a short time on this earth and we should make of it all that we can. She is killing herself right before our very eyes, she seems depressed and has already given up.

Amber has this attitude of it is what it is, despite being able to overcome this. She will tragically die from this, not because she can’t survive, but because she doesn’t want to.
 
If she wanted to be super extra, she could lose 20 lbs in a couple weeks, but she doesn't want to starve herself. She eats enough to maintain at least 4 women of the weight she should be at, but eating any less than that would constitute starving herself. Sure, Jan. :story:
 
Turns out Mamalynn replaced meth with caffeine. Pretty standard for an addict to replace one vice with another, and caffeine is relatively benign compared to fucking meth. But it's still telling that (according to Amber at least) she doesn't drink anything that isn't concentrated caffeine - coffee, energy drinks, cola.
