It's sort of surreal to see someone legitimately try and gloat with, "fuck you! Sometime between today and fifteen years from now, I'll have gotten off my ass and did something!"

Yeah, plagiarism is something that even professional journalists can rebound from, especially because a lot of plagiarism is unintentional. It would be even more likely to be overlooked if the accusation was from work on a single column in a student paper 17 years ago.Anybody know if someone in his position can still go into journalism? Plagiarism is a serious charge so I'm curious if he's screwed or he could have saved himself time and hardship by studying elsewhere.
That comment is all the more hilarious with your new avatar. :3To be fair, you began the antagonism.
You were forgotten. We didn't care about you. Why on earth would you necro an old thread about you, a lolcow and not expect ugly and antagnostic comments? You seem somewhat smart enough to know now you have to deal with it.
Or
You could have come in to the community, not used your lolcow handle and lived under the radar and maybe had some fun and made a couple friends.
But
Nooooooooo. This is where we are now. So please answer my questions so you may move on.
If he left then, by his logic, we won.So was that his farewell? If so p. Weaksauce. Golden Knight did better.
I'm waiting a day. If we hear nothing, I'll find a gif lolIf he left then, by his logic, we won.
...Last night I dashed off an e-mail to the University president, presenting the new evidence and requested he reopen my case. So I'll see you in fifteen years when my life is finally rebuilt and I'm a success....
[REDACTED POWERLEVELING]...and you're still hanging around here picking on poor dumb forty-somethingChris, or whatever new lolcow succeeds him, because deep down inside you're not really happy. Like most people who spend their lives screaming "Geddah jurb" at everyone who doesn't do nine-to-five, I wager you're hating yours, suffering through your cold grey life and dead-end job where the boss barely knows you are alive and you could be fired or see your benefits slashed at any minute due to ObamaCare, and you have a need to feel big about yourself.
We will party so hard the fire marshal gonna get called for this thread.I'm waiting a day. If we hear nothing, I'll find a gif lol

In case y'all missed it.
I have a strategy for debating: act like a child and say random, pointless crap in hopes that the other persons will get tired of me and they stop before they make me ragequit
So it comes down to whether I can win and make him ragequit. Challenge accepted.
Wait... We won? Fo' rilz?
And because I am petty.By the way, here's a real cat party for you.
Don't worry, just come back in 15 years when his "life is rebuilt" (notice how he uses the passive voice) and he returns to gloat about how much of a success he is, living in a college dorm and having sex with the random coeds who call him up every night, while the former staff of his student paper have all been fired from their subsequent jobs.I'll be honest, I'm going to miss seeing @The_Iconoclast stop by here, trying to defend himself. I sometimes wish he was better at responding to things said to him, but he was basically just reactionary and was trying to avoid some statments in order to "win." Icono, more than any other LOLCow interested me. Maybe it was because he was constantly posting things on here that could immediately be called out as lies by referring to things he wrote in his own blog. Or maybe I could relate a bit to him, being of similar age and from the same region. Ultimately, I'm not sure. There's plenty of info on him out there for us to dissect and discus forever, if we so choose, but not having him stop by here is a loss....
