I don't get how Hasan ever got the audience size he did. He's so boring to watch. He has no charisma, no charm,
I agree that he has little to no charisma. What charisma he has is due to his appearance which does much of the heavy lifting. Women apparently find him attractive (I'll take their word for it) and most leftist males are fat or skinny soyboys.
Nick Fuentes has charisma which is how he is able to get away with verbally abusing his superchatters and calling them fags. Asmongold has the "relatable common sense everyman" persona that attracts the centrist/moderate audience compared to Fuentes and Hasan.
I already gave examples of Nick's sense of humor from the Piers Morgan interview but he also specializes in offensive humor which admittedly is not to everyone's tastes (eg 6 billion cookies, Your Body, My Choice)
Asmongold is good at self-deprecating and recognizing his own faults (his baldness, his messy room, his lack of teeth). While for a lesser man, self-deprecation can make himself look "woe is me" pathetic, Asmongold does it in a way that disarms his critics who too often attack the man instead of the argument. His chat leans into the self-deprecation, making fun of Asmongold but in a good-natured way.
In contrast, not only is Hasan not funny, he's not good at taking criticism. Also he swears too much. He's like the kind of stand-up comedian that constantly swears to make up for the lack of wit.
Half the shit he says is spoken in a monotonous mumble like an Autistic stoner.
Nick Fuentes obviously has the natural speaking talent who can run a 2 hour podcast by himself while remaining entertaining.
I concede that Asmongold is probably not as high IQ as Nick and probably not as knowledgeable about politics/geopolitics as Hasan/Nick, but he is able to distill complex topics into a succinct plain English way that normies can consume. For a low IQ guy (let's assume), he speaks clearly and confidently.
Hasan, as you said, is a monotone mumbler. And that's when his mouth is not full of food. He also has the stoner way of talking, It's like valley girl but instead of "like" it's "...dude" every second sentence. That's not okay, dude. That's fucked up, dude. We need to impeach Trump, dude.
The only time I've ever seen him animated is either when he's reading some story about a terrorist group he supports, or when he's raving like a lunatic over Conservatives/Capitalists/landlords/ICE/Trump. I guess his sycophantic audience is just so desperate to have someone reinforce their political views who isn't a complete dysgenic goblin that they're willing to listen to someone who mumbles monotonously like they're at the peak of a Quaalude binge.
The most genuine emotion I've seen from Hasan is when he laughs at Kaya getting scared by another dog (actual laugh starts at 1:00).
