The first two disgaea games are very cheap and should run on anything, 4 and 5 are a bit more heavy but they still look like ps2 games tbh, so i think you should be fine with those too

If it can run Windows XP and has 2-4 GB RAM, SpaceEngine is pretty good. Version 0.98 and earlier are still free.
