1. App Store Availability: During the maintenance, Silver and Blood will be temporarily removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in the US region. US accounts will not be able to download or update the game client, or login into the server during this maintenance.
2. Related Services: During the maintenance, official websites, official top-up platforms, and other game web pages will be temporarily unavailable for impacted users.

To ensure a smooth return after service resumes, please complete account binding by as soon as possible via the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the [Main Hall] and tap the [Settings] button.
Step 2: Select the [Account] tab and tap [User Center].
Step 3: Choose Google or Facebook to complete account binding.

If you have purchased Privilege Cards, Passes, or similar content that was active during the suspension, you will receive the following compensation:
