I had 3 upgrades ready so I only needed to pull 3 Asuka, which I managed in 120 pulls that I have saved up.

Only 1 Eva02 and 3 parts on the mech pulls, but had 6 mech upgrade kits so really hoping I don't have to pity again

You get a free fighter pledge on the EVA event too if you want to give her one more. Are those 3 parts different ones? In that case you don't need to go a full second pity if you use one of the new light core kits that i believe can be obtained in the EVA event.

Use 4 common kits on your eva-2 and then put it on gold 3 with purple parts. It won't be rainbow but if you lack lights its good.

Keep the other 3 parts you wait until you have 4 common upgrade (every patch has a roulete at the end and some events give common kits) and 1 light core (event or arena shop).

Once you get them, you use common kits on those 3 parts, get them to gold 1 and fuse with the other gold 3 parts. The part you're missing can be compensated using a common light kit on the light core kit then upgrading it to gold 3 and using it on to rainbow that part.

If those are repeated parts then you would need 2 or 3 core kits but the dupe saves you a common kit. You can get at least 3 light cores in current patch, 1 from event and 2 from arena. But the next ones are on arena reset so like, 3 months later, then 4.5 months later.

It's a bit of a hard choice because if you reach pity again and don't get eva-2 that's potentially +150 rolls on the third pity. If you can't spare those rolls or don't want to risk i'd say keet that one copy and play the upgrade kit game. There is still rei to get and eileen+malthus too if you want.
 
I got Mona at like 80 pity. It seems like Ineffa+Columbina is a fun support core for some non-lunar teams but there's not a lot of flexibility.

This version seems targeted at players like me who have very high investment universal supports (Nahida, Kazuha, Furina, and Xiolen).I did get C1 Durin early but I thought he'd be more flexible, same with Lauma.

I started Warframe because they added a bike a year ago & it's almost taken over my life. I dropped Genshin after Mauvika bike sucked ass, despite pulling her on both my accounts (I even her weapon on my main account). Hell, I almost wanted to play Neverness to Everness because it had cars & house customisation. I'm a hardcore racist, any fantasy game with vehicles pulls me in.

That said, I kinda wanted to play WuWa (IIRC, you can use dual-wielded guns in this, which is another thing I'm an absolute sucker for), but I was kinda dilly-dallying around it due to not overloading my phone (I heard WuWa is bigger than Genshin in terms of storage).

Since it's somewhat of an unofficial gacha thread, I want to sperg on the subject of gacha greed in the context of faggot youtuber talking about FOMO.

Basically, if you get the same amount of time from a Gacha as you can from a normal game (subjective, but let's say 10 dollars for 20 hours in case of indie games) and do all the plot and 95% of side content without any real issue then the gacha is not greedy.
 
Byw do you guys play gacha games in fullscreen or windowed ? I play on windowed since it is easier for my eyes for some reason (i dont have this problem with other games for some reason well except Minecraft which i also play in windowed)

A few problems. First, gachas with actual gameplay are a somewhat recent thing, if you don't count TF2 as a proper gacha. Before Genshin majority were just about PNGs jumping around on the screen. And majority still are. Second: by the virtue of being a commercial product that is supposed to turn profit and do it constantly, gaming experience compromises are to be made. I have a lot of time in genshin. I'd have much less time if I didn't need to login every day. And there are a lot of gamedesign decisions that incentivize me to pay money. Just because I was not incentivized doesn't make those non-existant.

Finished the AQ, good shit Mihoyo give me more of this please, although I'd made the save points a bit more obvious and plentiful because the normies that can't fucking read are bitching again. Also the new island is kinda on the small side, like it feels like it needs at least 20-30% more space because everything is squished together.

Finally, Sandrone better come back more tsundere and smugger than ever or unlike that CN dude I'll actually succeed in stabbing Dawei.
 
Finished the new AQ quests..I'm sorry, lore fags. I'm 100% tuned out to what's going on other than Dottore having no right to be as cool as he is. He really stepped up his badassery since Sumeru. He is by far my favorite part of this whole thing

As opposed to Columbina being my least favorite part. Sorry, Bina stans. Good luck on your pulls.

Finding out that he played Rerir like a fiddle wasn't exactly shocking since the dude came across as a sad sap after it was revealed he was an Israeli CIA glowie and clearly hated that shit. I find the world quests far more engaging and interesting than the AQs even the ones I like. Inazuma had some fantastic world quests for one

Edit: actually on a second thought, is it just me or did Lumine really get shafted for the alt costume? Hers is really unimpressive compared to Aether

It's still bang for your buck. But even if you exclude dailies it still stands. For example both Limbus and Heaven Burns Red had 15-20 hour VN segments last month, more than enough to justify buying a season pass.
 
I'm actually looking forward to elation even if most people are doomposting it, I understand why people don't like mono teams but personally I'm quite used to it (mostly thanks to FGO) and fine with it, might even invest vertically on them but that's still up for debate (were not even sure what's the battleship composition yet), regarding specific characters unless they massively buff Sparxie in V3 and V4 of the beta I'm not pulling, she's sadly too dependant on Sparkle and I only have enough pulls for 2 characters now (and unable to even do endgame) and well, I'm just looking forward more to mono elation teams with lots of aha'ing.

Regarding genshin I just finished the new World quests and I'm quite pleased, I enjoyed quite a bit how involved Illuga was on the quest, same with the length as I felt it was really to the point without dragging on endlessly, the way it slowly changed part of the zones was right down my alley too, now I just need to explore a bit more and I'll be pretty much done with the new update lol.
