Yes lol even at fucking level 55 the slimes take 2/3 hits to kill, this dude complaining about the game being too hard in the literal tutorial levels is some next level spergery. ARs 1-15 are basically the prologue/tutorial, and if you think that's too hard I worry for your brain matter. Not to mention you can just auto fight at these levels and kill in seconds.

You cant get "ambushed" nigga this isnt a turn based RPG, this is open world. Dont want to fight? Just fucking run or teleport away.
Also common enemy mobs are literally the easiest enemies in the game.

If you go through the thread, you'll notice a lot of people demanding for 2FA to be added and being outraged over game leakers getting attention instead. This is also a whole mass of rage and its own can of worms, so I'll save that discussion for another time. Just keep it in mind for the future.

One tweet in the replies contains the following video that highlights how the Genshin leakers responded. Basically they all pasted jailbars over their profile pics and made jokes to the effect of "Oh no I'm going to jail! I posted unfair Genshin Impact content! Teehee! ;P"

Every single one of those twitter accounts that are still active are great places to go if you want to follow drama related to leaks.

Here's a tweet made by AE Entropy (archive), a prominent "leaker" who is one of many that just lifts their content from Chinese social media and other leakers.
Note that at the time of writing, they still have a joke referencing the incident in their twitter bio. Also take note of how many twitter followers you can get just from swiping upcoming waifus from the Chinese and dangling them over the heads of horny Genshin fans like a carrot on a stick!

Final thing I'll point out from this thread since it's a great example and happened to be right there: Genshin leakers are extremely possessive over their drip fed content they steal and release, and often are at each other's throats over who gets credit for leaking the waifu first.

Two notable leakers that happened to be mentioned above, Dimbreath and Lumie, fall under the "shady beta access" category. Both regularly datamine and reverse engineer both current game versions and beta builds to get ahold of the anime waifus earlier than everyone else.
Lumie in particular typically mines character models, watermarks the images and will tweet shit like this to tease the 250k waifu simps that currently follow their account.

I might make another post about this later if i'm not lazy but that sums up the leakers pretty well. Tranny cartel who steals shit from chinks and then slaps their ko-fi link in the replies of every dripfed "leak" tweet they make

That toast video is legitimately one of the funniest things I've ever seen. The utter pointlessness of it is reinforced in every frame, from the way she starts it by pointing the camera at an ipad with a picture of Chongyun, to how she walks fifteen feet to her kitchen and picks up an already prepared piece of toast, to how she walks back and puts it on the table next to the ipad. I can only imagine what happened after she stopped recording. I wonder if she ate that piece of toast herself. This is classic era CWC behavior. This chick is on the spectrum. I had to covert it to webm and post it on 4chan.

Speaking of 4chan, I'd like to take a moment to remind everyone about the difference between 4chan and twitter. Twitter will have meltdowns over retarded shit like indigenous dances and blackness of characters, whereas 4chan will create a meme that one of the characters is a pedophile because his name is almost spelled the same way and he's related (if not by blood) to a loli.
So I just want to say, BASED Alpedo and BASED 4chan. Truly no community can hope to come close to the amount of SOVL that it exudes.

I've seen this before. Two possible causes:
  1. The game has a "Increase world level" quest that people will do without thinking about it and when they complete it the difficulty goes up, sometimes before they're ready for it. This does indeed make the game stupid-difficult but only because they are now several underleveled and there is no "baby area" they can go back to to grind.
  2. They don't understand how the character and weapons upgrade system works and just expect their characters to level up on their own like in some other games.

Also is Albedo actually related to Klee? I thought his relation to her just came from being in the knights + her being in his trailer

Albedo was technically adopted by Klee's mother. She treats him as part of her family and also left Klee under his care with the knights. So they aren't related by blood but still considered/view each other as siblings.
 
Can anyone explain to me why did this game got the attention of the crazy twitter kids in the first place? Was it just because of the (((totally natural))) popularity wave the game got a while ago? Or is there like a lesbian they thought was muh representation when she was just fetish fuel like most gachas have? I just really can't understand why did it stuck to such a public when it looks like your run of the mil gacha kusoge?

Likely just a case of right place right time I guess, it being free to play also didn't help matters and it likely got a small boost from people calling it a BOTW clone.

There's little slimes, which are indeed trash mobs, and there are big slimes, which are annoying at best, if you know what you're doing. But they can shoot at you and do a thing royal griifin from Heroes V can do. It is still extremly hard to die to slimes. Developers like to put them in bullshit places, like ice slimes suddenly emerge when you're minding your shit on the shoal. Water + ice = human-shaped icecream for ~3 seconds. Slimes don't possess damage to kill you still, unless all your characters were on the brink of death.
Some challenge might present itself when the world level raises, because all the mobs suddenly level up. However, Adventure ranks from 1 to 20 is like a knee-deep pool for toddlers. W+M1 wouldn't work on every mob group, but should be enought for most.
 
A couple of consooming fatties must make their weight loss journey about genshin.

My favorite thing from the people who no life this game is when the ACAB BLM crowd whine about the devs being raysis and then proceed to actually be racist towards Asians who draw Kaeya or Xinyan "too light" or explain what a term exclusive to their culture means. Covid is one hell of a virus.
