The Kota Ibushi shit just keeps getting weirder and weirder.

Also, behold the new ROH logo and cry:

That is lazy and ugly. Tony should feel ashamed for what he's done to ROH. It's worse than what Vince would have done.

Current reports that Charlotte Flair is off television indefinitely. My guess is to get married and have a kid before she's too old to do so.
Jake Roberts also still have breathing issues, not in good shape.
Booker T claims that Finn Balor promos aren't "believable". This coming from the guy who's only remembered for repeating "respect".
Jericho has Trademarked the name "The Wizard".

Might be late on this one - apparently, Russo's come out of whatever hole he's been in (obvious joke re: New Jersey goes here) and has been trying to get a job back in WWE.

Honestly, kinda wanna see it - I can't see things getting much worse, Russo with a filter might not be complete garbage, and at least he'd find things for the lower card to do, going off his old track record of doing that. Plus it'd probablt give Corny s coronary, so bonus points

I have seen old folks homes with livelier signage.

I think AEW is too married to the idea of long-term stories AND long title reigns. Oftentimes attached to each other. It bogs down the show if you don't really care to watch/the story doesn't seem to be that major. It's why the Elite storylines feel separate from everything else, instead of actually being as impactful as they could be.

I still find it hilarious for how much AEW is attached to “Long Term Stories”, it still seems like all their PPV’s are thrown together like, 2 weeks before the show. Their PPV’s usually deliver and are worth the money, but it’s hilarious.

Kenny and the Bucks are known for long term stories, so was Cody. Brian has been doing so since late October. Dark Order are still doing their thing even though it makes no sense. Thunder Rosa and Britt had their thing since 2020, Shida and Deeb since I think late mid 2021. Other than that stuff is either rushed like Jade "feuds", or thrown together last minute like reminding people that Scorpio was "undefeated" for months and so was the Gunns in trios matches. You also have the Jay Lethal thing going on between ROH and AEW (him turning heel didn't make any sense as it was that final loss that made him angry. He never showed that before hand).

You mentioning Phil crying made me realize this: CM Punk is the Kevin Smith of wrestling. Both had great hits when they first started (Smith: Mallrats, Clerks, Dogma. Phil: ROH and his WWE run). Both tried to reinvent themselves to near career-ruining failure (Smith with his horror movie shit, Punk with the UFC), and then both tried to get back to what they were famous for by rehashing the greatest hits of yesteryear (Smith with Clerks 2, Jay and Silent Bob Stike Back. Punk with his shot-for-shot retelling of classic Bret Hart matches).

Now both are weird old men crying about women's rights or some liberal shit idk.
Punk is more like a mix between Kevin Smith and Jello Biafra

Dynamite this week is either going to open with two utter retards trying to prove who can paralyse themselves quicker or a silent movie villain beating a New Jersey meathead by putting curses on him.
Does it hurt to be this wrong?

Jay & Silent Bob Strike back and Clerks II both came before the horror movie shit. He's thinking of Jay & Silent Bob Reboot and Clerks III. It's confusing because he keeps rehashing his two good ideas over and over.
Clerks 2 sucked too.

I'll be fair, it captures that "Blandy McTrunkserson" feel ROH is known for.
