I don't hate Edelgard. In fact, I would argue that she and Dimitri (and Josette Christ-I mean Rhea) are arguably very developed character wise out of all characters in the series. I wish her route wasn't split but I assume they did it because it would have been too expensive to do a full BE route and a full church route.

I do think that Christian La Monte and Patrick Seitz should have used a generic voice for the Flame Emperor because you can tell who it is easily. (Also Christian please never voice act again because Ashe sounded like he was trying to do a faggot impression of Spike Spencer mixed with Iola from Mama's Family.)

Coming back to this game post pandemic is interesting because they added so many QoL features. I didn't even realize they added the sauna or that you can feed the animals. I love that the AW will comment on story events. Also it says that there's now a way to tell what gifts and lost items go to which characters, how do i view that?

Minor nitpick but I feel they could have improved on the individual dorm rooms. Some you can tell its theirs such as Petra and Ferdinand. But most you wouldn't know without the bottom left corner identifier indicating whose rooms they are.

Aisha has become my favorite character as I really love the Berserker Class and was wondering how a female Berserk/Barbarian would work.

Looks awesome! Female berserkers were a really cool idea, I had no room for Aisha sadly since I had Berit, Ariel and other axe users around but Aisha is top priority among units I'd like to use on a replay.

Yeah. Berit and Bjarki Carry is very good throughout. I fell in love with Aisha when I spoiled myself with Final Parties like I did with Vision Quest.

Yeah. I wanted something to end summer with. Since Aisha is a Berserker who cannot climb mountains,it would make sense for her to be closer to the beach. I gave her a fundoshi similar to Japanese Pearl Divers who are women who dive deep for pearls only wearing said clothing when diving.

The VA work is top tier in the game. Everyone is perfectly cast.
 
No but really,I do feel like Klokinator's dialogue kinda brings down Andaron Saga with the attempts at humor more fit for a shit posty hack like Blazing Bald.

The bath scene with Baudimon and Jakka is straight out of a Gachimuchi scene.

I remember him making a superchat during one of Mang's gladiator arena streams basically praising the Trump indictments and going on about how he'd “stolen documents” as if anybody with a brain didn't know that the charges were bullshit. That was the moment I really started to hate Klok, and it didn't help that he'd had an arena fighter that dragged out the stream with that “funny” unarmed miracle+elixir build

I didn't want to drag this argument out, and I do like Dorothea, but I cannot ignore the obvious point: she made her way to Garreg Mach through currying favor from a noble suitor to gain sponsorship, and that point is something that weighs on her as one of the few common-born generals in Byleth's army. As said in her B+ Support with Linhardt:

While Dorothea certainly earned her position at Mittlefrank through her own skill and beauty, she also makes clear that she is mortified about the reality that her talents would be lost with age and that she would be alone and miserable again once her beauty faded (Byleth A-Support)

This led her to try finding a man/woman that would love her be able to provide for her in her later years, and this included flirting with plenty of men in the hopes of finding one that would show true love for her as a person instead of simply desiring her beauty. It's understandable, and it doesn't sound like she stooped to prostituting herself out (though the fact that Yuri is all-but stated to have been a child prostitute who acted as a poor man's substitute to Dorothea, does muddy the waters), but it is still hard for people to simply ignore.

As for Dorothea and Ferdinand, I do enjoy the support both because the two are sweet together and the fact that it spells out both of their virtues and flaws. Ferdinand truly wants to do good for the commonfolk and wants to prove his personal worth instead of relying simply on his title, but he struggles with a lack of real-world experience at times and truly understanding the sentiments of those he wishes to help. Dorothea, on the other hand, spells out her belief that most people simply care about her as an idol and sees Ferdie as the epitome of that trait, believing that he went from scorning the poor girl bathing in a fountain to suddenly seeking to become friends once she was something other than a street urchin; seeing Dorothea then soften her opinion of Ferdinand as he continually proves to be more than a nobleman seeking only to throw his power around for her favor was heartwarming in my opinion.

Finally, about Klok: I don't care if people have different politics, but I found it in poor taste to make a superchat practically gloating about political persecution in the form of a "joke." The guy strikes me as an annoying troll, and I just don't like that

Yeah. Klok I feel kinda drags down Mangs' Romhack's story more than anything with the tonal whiplash of the dialogue especially egregious early on. It does get better but you still do see this crap still and the constant Jakka small penis jokes does feel out of place in the setting and is distracting to the experience.

It is easier to ignore with the hecticness of a stream but looking back it does drag down the image of a serious Romhack Andaron Saga wants to convey. Not that it ruins it but it does mark off points to an otherwise very good experience. The bullshit Revelation Gimmicks like that one temple chapter and poorly telegraphed reinforcements.....that is BS. Especially on Lunatic.

Well thank you for the reply but let me sperg anyway. I am too autistic to let it go.

The issue is… that still wouldn’t be equivalent to Onlyfans. She would be a massively positive outlier given how she was raised. But above all there’s no reason to believe the rumor!

1. The only thing hurtful for her in the rumor (in the Lindhart support) is the orphan thing, presumably because it is true. The rest is of no consequence to her.

2. She happily talks about the favor-currying with Manuela, which would be weird as fuck if it was sex instead of just getting a recommendation (which is what it’s implied to be, not money).

3. Yuri vouches for her

I mean it’s a setting where Sylvain is treated as a reprobate rather than a stud but Dorothea manages to enjoy a vaunted social position. She’s obviously treated as marriageable.

Even if we wanted to assume the worst… it’s not like onlyfans. She isn’t looking for a meal ticket (she could have had that) and she didn’t persist in the folly (which she likely didn’t know was wrong).

The honest truth of it is that she’s divisive for some because she wants to marry well. nobody ever disliked a sexy girl even if she isn’t pure (Faye Valentine for example) but they do dislike having deep insecurities provoked. I do not see how this could be rationally denied. It’s always the first complaint, it requires no speculation, and an entire online movement has sprouted up to help men counteract it irl.
