Apart from what you mentioned I carry a few things.
Ear pro.
A Zippo.
One of those recharger battery packs you can recharge your phone or whatever with a USB cable.
A multi tool.
Dental floss.
Oh and one of those Swedish firesteel fire lighters on my key chain.
Do you carry that all in your pockets or some kind of bag?

Thread tax since I sperged about watches earlier. Here's my current EDC stuff. The PM2 in Maxamet is a great knife but keep in mind that is not a stainless steel.

In my pockets or on my belt. I have a belt I take to the range or when I'm working outdoors or out hunting thats modular you can add different things to like this.
It's not really that much stuff to carry anyway day to day, it's all small stuff apart from the battery pack and that's not much bigger than a phone just bulkier. The ear pro are Axil XCOR in ear electronic, the charging case is small enough to fit on a pouch on my belt. The multi tool is just clipped on my belt. My carry is either on my belt or inside it in an appendix IWB if it's hot and I don't have a jacket.

I know those well. Used them for years until I switched to something else. Good stuff. Worth their price for anyone interested. Smart to carry ear pro, especially depending on what you do for a living.

I'm in construction so they're handy to have day to day when I'm on sites and around machinery, they amplify normal speaking volume but cut out loud noise so they're perfect for when I'm at work as well as out shooting. They can boost quiet sound too so they're great for when you're hunting, and the Bluetooth function means they work with your phone. Absolutely worth the price and a good investment when you're around loud noises.
I've already got some hearing loss, especially in my left ear for some reason even though I'm right handed so I don't want it getting worse.

Is that an OWB or IWB?

Also, you daily a full size 1911 🤯
IWB. That's a Milt Sparks Summer Special 2. If you want leather holsters it's hard to think of anyone better. Also, 1911 + boomer holster from boomer holster company just made sense. If you have a sturdy belt and you're physically active, I don't believe you'd have an issue with the weight. Plus my added size on my upper body from training means that my polo shirts or even XXL tshirts hang loosely enough that nothing prints.

Never forget a stick of budda in case you encounter a slobbermutt.

I wrote down all the shit I carry or keep my car stocked with and realized I sounded unhinged and deleted the draft.
Edit:
A notable that everyone seems to be missing is a flashlight though. I carried a microstream until I lost it (It came back though) and bought a macrostream to replace it. Maybe it's my line of work, but I can't go without it now. And I'll sometimes ditch the multitool and instead carry a little screwdriver with replicable bits, bought only because it had torx that I often need but never have.

I know that feeling. Everyone I know always asks me if I have (insert tool or whatever that would be really useful) and I've answered "yes" enough that they're surprised when I don't have the left-handed dingus-puller that they really need right now. I don't keep a flashlight on me, but I do keep one (and a head-mounted light as well) in the truck.

Being prepared isn't the unhinged thing - not being prepared is.

Please share the list!
Ready for my scouters. I'm not so much prepared as in love with carrying shit around.
In my pockets:
M&P Shield 9mm (1.0 version) (Just bought a Beretta Tomcat, but I think I'm gonna stick with the S&W)
Cobratec's shorter OTF, in purple, OR a CRKT slipjoint penknife
Leatherman Sidekick OR a Kershaw screwdriver (interchangeable bits)
Streamlight Macrostream
Wallet (contains SD Card along with the regular stuff)
Phones
Keys
Disposable lighter
Vape or cigarettes
Notebook and pen (normally a G2, but I'm getting into fountain pens)

If I'm in my hometown
Glock 19 open carried
Neck (CRKT peck) or belt (Maverick Customs Harpoon) knife

In the car:
My toss around AR,
North American Arms .22 revolver (for carrying when I really shouldn't)
Spare mags for everything, chargers and stuff
A couple dozen more lighters (this is incidental)
Fire extinguisher (started as a joke after I rolled my second car)
DSLR Camera (and lenses, batteries, ETC.)
Baofeng 8W radio, headset and charger
Spare tire and accessories, toolbox with ratchet and wrench set
Cooler (which I try to keep full, but usually only contains warm beer)
Several jackets, gloves, safety glasses, ear pro
Clothes and toiletries to go a few weeks on couches or a few days inna woods
Pipe, tobacco for pipe
Also I'm stupid and need to get a first aid kit for the car. And it's a car, not a truck, which I also need. God forbid if I'm going to stay with family for a few weeks. Then the amount of guns balloons.

I think this is the greatest EDC list in the thread. I really hope it's real. A million blessings to you sir.

Personal phone is taking photo, the guns and folders are either/or, other fixed blade got dropped at a friend's house last week and needs to be picked up.
And I forgot the watch in the list, it's an AVI-8 Hawker Hurricane with the mechanical movement (a Mitoya movement?). It's a little less crazy when it's laid out.

my typical EDC:
  • sig p365 with extended 12 round mag + 1 in chamber
  • kershaw pocket knife
  • wallet
  • phone

i typically dont carry much on me on a day to day basis.
