I recently switched from a VP9 with SRO and X300U to a Glock 45 COA with a TLR7 HLX. Tenicor belt and holster. Phlster mag pouch with a 19 round mag. Gold dot HPs. Surefire Turbo handheld. Milwaukee razor knife/ screwdriver combo.

Late rate me if already posted. I didn't see it.

For real though, it's summer time so summertime EDC
  • Jetbeam or Thrunite single AA flashlight
  • an old Leatherman that I got at a thrift store
  • Smith and Wesson CSX E-series
+ obvious phone, keys, wallet
This is my I don't leave home without it EDC, obviously depending on the situation and how long I'm going to be gone I may carry more. For instance if I'm out with my children I have a goofy old conference swag fanny pack that has a fairly comprehensive lightweight first aid kit in it, spare battery for my flashlight, compact phone power bank, and a little extra space to stand in for mom's purse.

There's always a mid size first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in my cars. The car EDC tupperwares I have are probably worth describing too since you really should have this stuff in your car, from memory:
  • Quality and long (15ft I think) jumper cables
  • compact 12V air compressor
  • tire plug kit
  • assorted zip ties
  • compact metric socket set (all common sizes for the car)
  • common wrenches (all common sizes for the car)
  • spare fuses
  • extra thick nitrile gloves
  • safety glasses
  • magnet light
  • spare common relays (depends on the car)
  • road flares
  • 1qt oil
  • spare serpentine/v belts
  • folding wheel chock
  • old bath towel
  • hand sanitizer
  • black sharpie
  • roll of steel wire
  • paracord
  • roll of those thick blue paper towels
  • 1gal coolant
All of that but the coolant jug and blue paper towels fit crammed into a fairly small wal-mart tupperware. In my older cars I also have spare radiator hoses and a fuel pump because those are the only two easily replaceable things that have ever stranded me.
