I think the best possible outcome would be a game of chicken between the two. Pretend you will fight until the other one pussies out. They would never get the ok from a doctor anyway so there's no risk of ever having to actually fight.

But knowing how much of a bitchmade pussy Ralph is, I can see him running away from it even before having a proper chat about contracts etc, just out of principle obviously.
 
If a fight between Boogie and Ralph actually happens, bet the house on Ralph getting the dub. Boogie's hamleg has gangrained so much that he's basically limping. If you have trouble standing straight on your feet, you're pretty much guaranteed to lose any form of combat. Ralph would eat him alive.
