Although I agree that this will never happen, there is a certain charm to paying fat unhealthy men fight each other for my entertainment. A man must retain hope because Ralph and Boogie fighting would be hilarious. It makes me wonder if this is what the citizens of Rome felt when getting drunk on wine and going to the coliseum. Fuck Christians getting eaten by lions, these fat idiots battling to the death is what I have come to see oh glorious Emperor! Really makes you think about history, ya know?
Personally I would love it to happen. Boogie with money is funnier than Boogie without, same for Ralph. I'd love to see them try and fight as well, I would be tempted to fly out to watch it in person just for the spectacle, especially if it was only over in London.
But I'm just being realistic unfortunately, which does make me sad lol
Ok, I was going to say; I don't exactly follow Ralph outside the farms, but I was never aware of him ever talking much about Boogie. The whole thing immediately looks like a desperate business venture.
What a grim state of affairs; Boogie at one point was one of the biggest names on Youtube, and now he's desperately pestering random alcoholics spiraling on their way to the grave on Twitter in the hopes of avoiding financial insolvency.
How did boogie manage to go broke? I mean he lives in area where the cost of living is good and he doesn't have a mortgage on mansion. It looks like he lives like a typical suburban dad, but with none of the expensive pesky kids to support.
Was it the divorce and cost of food? It's just hard to imagine how he could piss away what he did make years ago given the way he lives. I figured he'd need to move to Los Angeles and do coke/gamble to manage to go broke this fast.
Of course, he still has more money than Ralph. Ralph definitely needs a five figure pay day way more than Boogie. Ralph's got rent, two kids, subprime truck, plus sizable drug and gambling habits.
Short version? Overeating and prostitutes. Boogie has gained a huge amount of weight recently and also has repeatedly admitted to paying 20 year old girls to even just talk to him. He looked for girls on "Sugar daddy" websites and paid them to literally just meet him for dinner and he paid them and often didn't even get sex.
Boogie never really had a huge amount of money from what I could see. The dude claims he never once went over a million dollars despite being one of the biggest names in Youtube. He claimed he was "nearly a millionaire finally" when he had his divorce but the divorce papers show that the 50/50 split was $40,000 each. Which is a good amount of money but it's not something to write home about when you had to buy a new car because you wrote off your last one driving into a family because you were on your phone when driving. It's not a lot when you have an overpriced house in a very poor area that is FAR too big for your needs. Dude claims to be going to a therapist all the time, claims to be going to the doctors all the time. That eats away at his money quickly.
He quit livestreaming for a long time which was a big part of his income because he kept fucking up on livestream, saying racist and stupid stuff which caused him to lose a huge number of supporters. So he hide from streaming to avoid getting himself in more drama. He can't upload Francis vids most of the time now because they're demonitized for swearing and violence, another big chunk of his income gone in a second. He stopped covering video games totally because he'd rather make a thousand videos about himself and how hard his life is, boom, more income gone. He was so toxic he has lost every single sponsor he ever had except one, who seemingly pay him very little.
He claimed awhile ago that he had over $600,000 in crypto that he withdrew... but then later claimed he hadn't and that he had lost a huge amount in the crash... before the crash even started. He's been talking about selling his magic cards recently and maybe selling the house to downgrade.
Where Boogie previously used to do Magic the Gathering unboxing and have like 5 booster boxes to open, now he has 1 and he'll repeatedly talk about how expensive it was, asking his fans to donate to offset the price and complain repeatedly if he doesn't get a $20 card. All I can do is compare him to someone like MoistCritikal who unboxes cards and is only excited at getting like $500 cards, Boogie is losing his shit at getting a single $20 card.
