Yet most of the people that led the charge in DC were Democrats. Tipper Gore to Hillary Clinton. Even Jack Thompson called a piece of legislation that Hillary Clinton was pushing to be overreach and an overreaction.
It went beyond that though, they dragged ted turner and others into this and had them give speeches about controlling content in children's media as a moral prerogative. It didn't start and stop at games, the late 80's and early 90's were full of everything like this no matter what medium.

The most memorable one though was when Dee Snider was asked to come before the US senate.

Dee Snider's marriage also outlasted every single one of the politician's own marriages in the room.

The thing is, though, it wasn't exclusively the right. It also wasn't exclusively the left. Both politicians were dragging people like that to do something since legislation was never gonna go through at the time; probably would now, though.

Just the bigger names of the time were Democrats from what I can recall. Hot Coffee was one of Hillary's better political weapons at the time.

Hot Coffee came way way later. But yes both sides were doing this.

Never said the left didn't have dumbass boomers in it.

But again, it wasn't hippies that confiscated my dice and modules, it was conservs.
It's all part of the same continuum. Busybodies that want to dictate what entertainment you can or can't enjoy and believe they're morally justified in doing so.

You also realize boomers are what gave you those dice and modules, right? Also Gygax was conservative -- at least he might have been given the way they're demanding his son disown his dead father.

And they also burned them as tools of the devil too. Where do we go from there?

Yea, because Gygax would totally go along with Pat Robertson, Jessie Helms, and Ed Meese back in the day. C'mon....

Yeah, you can be a conservative and disagree with the retards among your group.

Scalia did that when he voted in favor of giving video games First Amendment protection. Clarence Thomas decided to be a retard.

Apparently Gary Jr. is pretty based himself.

I think people are confusing conservative and libertarian because both got associated with Donald Trump.

Last I checked moderates still have enemies on both sides

Libertarians.
Can't be, the amount of priceless archeological scientific findings that "first nation" people have destroyed because "WE WUZ FURST" is pretty high because they're afraid of evidence going against the narrative that nobody else was here before them.

We had pristine early human skeletons destroyed without question because they got activist groups to block scientific studies to do DNA testing.

And who supported those organization groups? That's right, Libertarians. Their land, their property, do not violate the NAP.
