His problem isn't his admitted micropenis, his problem is he is a sad, boring person who doesn't take the risks to get himself a boyfriend-free girl. If he really thinks all women are so shallow to reject him for his dick size alone, he doesn't deserve a lady friend.

His skin doesn't look too, too bad. Sure, he's got a few major zits, but I've seen plenty worse even in adults. I get that adult acne is usually more embarrassing than teen acne, but he's not Quasimodo level deformed.

I think that too. If he wouldnt go for the topmodel type of girl but for a girl that is equally challenged it would work.
But for all other girls i would say they either freak out as soon as they see his dick or come up with some cheap excuse to leave him.
 
I'm calling it now, in a year or so, he will proudly proclaim he is a female, intersexed, transgender soul, and his mediocre pickle proves it.
