At this point I don't even know what to expect from him. Hopefully him being a foreigner means he's not beholden to the families that ruled Canada and so is perfectly happy ripping them from power

Basically all the messaging from Carney is that he is going to protect the institutions. When they mean 'win the trade war.' They mean that the economic status quo will remain unchanged. Not for you and I of course. But for the Rogers, the Irvings and Saputos of the country. He still would really like it if you died at 60.
 
Every single time Carney says, "our preexisting economic relationship with USA is over," everyone gets bent over for some reason. He is reminding retarded Canadians that no more free lunch from USA.

Conservatives and Liberals react to his message for totally unrelated reasons. Conservative think Carney has dropped the balls. On the other hand, libtards think Carney is sticking it to trump.

I do wonder what the end game is supposed to be. it sounds like things might start to fall apart next year, so Alberta should continue to work on leaving because the pipeline will likely never be built.

I’m saying this as a disenfranchised Catholic (and America so my stats reflect the American tax money bonanza they reap), the church 100% makes a theological argument on this and makes an absolute fortune doing it. The newest Pope has gone all in on the “poor refugees” that we all must clothe, feed, and house without question or comment because that’s what the doctrine states. As long as the Vatican’s giant walls and locked gates are allowed to exist that is because that doesn’t count somehow.

Catholic Charities USA, a “refugee resettlement” NGO received 1.4 BILLION dollars to drop third world criminals in small towns all over America. And it isn’t just Catholics at all. Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service received 93 million.

So it’s a huge problem because Christian NGO’s and their parent organizations collect huge paychecks destroying the West. I wish I could find a church that is brave enough to not waver or apologize for sticking to actual doctrine but the Catholic Church as an organization is so far from what it should be it upsets me everyday. The last Pope and the new one are going further and further lefty Marxist and all the money funnels up to them.

It’s depressing af.

I believe the Nazi and Confederate flags at the Freedom Convoy were legitimate false flags, fed ops or whatever. The Coutts thing definitely was. Both of those were really done in the heat of the moment.

Does our federal government pivot to making a longer term undercover controlled opposition front? Maybe, I don't know. It can seem suspicious Mackenzie has all his charges stayed, almost like he cut a deal to go lead this thing - Otoh it's also just as likely they're all incompetent bullshit charges the police and prosecutors made during damage control mode. There's just too much plausible deniability at this point for me, my gut tells me they are legitimate. Legitimate as in Mackenzie and Vriend are not acting as informants, not legitimate in any other sense.

Whether they are or are not feds though doesn't change the results of their activities, which like you said divides on the right, gives reasons for the left to come after the right. Example, right influencers, picrel, making up gay little soliloquys about being a real man means not being racist in response to Second Sons, that may as well have been written by any leftist. It really makes one think that some questions need to start being asked about what exactly it is the right wants to do. Yes, being openly for some kind of ethnic Canadian identity and remigration is going to get you called racist by liberals and conservatives, but also they are going to call you racist anyways. PP is the pinnacle of what were going to get for conservatism in Canada at this point in time, after him it's Doug Ford who would probably win. The globohomo will continue with either of them really. The optimist part of me thinks that all this is the genesis of a fight that will happen in another one to two decades once all the boomers are gone. Anecdotally, I have noticed a huge increase in anti-immigration sentiment and huge increase in actual racism from everyone under 40 that I talk to these days. It definitely feels to me like things have shifted in just a couple years.

I'm just sort of spit balling here, would love to hear other people's thoughts.

I agree with you about people uncritically eating shit up, but in this case it's not all just western propaganda. Unification with Taiwan is in the Chinese Constitution, the PLA does do military exercises around the island and the CCP has said unification is mandatory. It's at the very least a scare tactic used by Western, Japanese and Chinese politicians.

Why do you think China will never try to take Taiwan? I honestly don't that much about the entirety of it, so I'm curious to hear your thoughts.

They have enough wealth to last for hundreds of years and complete control of the federal government, if their bank accounts start getting a little thin all it takes is a few subsidies from the Fed and they're back in the black.
