I don't think he ever tweeted why he was going, just to bitch about the airline. Then there was this tweet a day later:
https://tweetsave.com/spacekatgal/status/725152377687429120
So he might have gone there and back again, or just made the whole thing up.
"I have to make my followers believe I am still relevant... Oh yes! I'll pretend to go to SF to do something important!"
Several hours later:
"Wait a minute... didn't I say I was busy working on something? Oh shit! ABORT! ABORT! Uh... I'll just say I came back, noone will question me, my skills at
lying restructuring the truth are infallible!"
The RS-37 difference: Each wheel of the RS-37 is studded with positive and negative graviton emitters. Positive gravitons projected in front of and under the wheel pull the road surface toward the bike, while negative gravitons emitted behind the contact patch push the motorcycle forward.
In the one cutscene where you see MainBimbo ride her bike with BrokenBimbo, you see the wheels spin without the motorcycle moving forward as you hear the sound of rubber-wheels on concrete. Also, you hear the sound of a combustion engine.
It was stupid when I assumed the abomination of a motorcycle was running on an electric engine, but this is ridiculously inconsistent.
I know, I know - it's Rev60, a game made by a tranny crazed on soylent, so I shouldn't have expected any kind of consistency in the first place, yet I am still flabberghasted at how unnecessary that bit of Fluff is and how much it clashes with the game.
I mean, why should I put any more thought into this game than BriBri, when the fucking Antagonist (and reason why anything in that game happens in the first place) wasn't part of the plot before someone suggested to add that AI-Bimbo to John.
I'm wondering what's going on in John's head to ignore people like this. Even a small update will hold his backers over, but no, he's gotta be an asshole about it.
She's just putting her head in the sand, hoping people will forget she ever announced her game.
Then again, I didn't really take it as some sort of deadline and more as a general statement akin to "Of course I'll join you on that trip next summer, unless I drop dead from work next week, that is".
She just announced that the game will come out (eventually... in the nondescript future) unless her office is hit by a meteorite this week.
I did a Wu and only skimmed the wikipedia article looking for what I wanted to see. Sorry.
I have trouble imagining her doing even that much.
