You have to love it when someone who has never shown an interest in a franchise before (Warhammer 40k) immediately is up in arms about a perceived gender issue regarding it.
Even if women could become space marines the medical process would end up making any woman look almost exactly like the males. You seen those female body builders who pump up so much on steroids they look like men? It'd be the same thing but times 100. I'd have no problem with that since it'd actually fit the lore but I can assure you that the people complaining would be pretty pissed they can't be a sexy girl space marine.
