I won't lie, I'd actually love to play a game like this. Hell I'd have a blast especially as heavy wheelchair guy but the game would have to acknowledge how farcical it is and also not tell me to fuck off and not buy it obviously. Seems like some easy steps no one would fail, right?

Who wouldn't want to play a guy in a assault wheelchair while wearing a heaume. Much better than playing black Nazi lady and pirate arm British lady. Soylent also looks like a good backup choice in terms of ridiculous.

producer Andrew Gulotta explained the company will be looking to make the game more authentic to the World War II time period it is set in specifically addressing character customization.

Nah, sorry. Still so uneducated I seem to have accidentally pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption 2. So thick that I clicked on that instead of buying their shitty game as they desperately try and save their asses.

Hope they enjoy their hundred million dollar fuckup though. I'm sure the 12 people that will buy it will be ecstatic.

What's great is there's a couple of youtubers who've obviously been given a decent contract to promote the game including the immersion-king RangerDave so at least someone made money out of this flaming dog turd.

Regardless of the pandering, this is repetitive, and despite forgetting Battlefield was an EA thing I wasn't surprised relearning that since this is the same company that shits out sports rererererereleases yearly.

It looks blah. That's all I'll say. I like FPS/TPS games in general, but half that reason, and the reason I like even generic ones, is that they make good games to kill time and have some mindless fun. But the WWII angle has been abused to hell and back and this offers nothing new except a female power fantasy from what I can tell.

People wanted the old war style since the whole modern day war on terrorist angle was done to death. Problem is that they're asking the AAA gaming side to do this and we all know these companies will go wherever the wind is blowing. They'll milk it until people get tired of seeing it. The WW2 angle just looks like another coat of paint that once change anything besides and aesthetic we are already familiar with.

They've already divided the community up enough. Every little thing they do with any game will be met with extreme backlash especially regarding Battlefield V.

I'm speaking as someone who is completely jaded towards live services. After the way they've fucked Battlefront II over and how vague they are about Battlefield V's support, I have absolutely no faith in DICE's ability to make proper live services for their games.

At least with season passes, they'll actually support their games instead of fucking off to the next one.
