Barb is immortal, she sent her evil witch powers towards Chris years ago, but Bob caught them in his last attempt to help his son. Even as he was in deathbed, being devoured by innumerable amounts of Satan's minions, he held hope that his dear son was safe. He realized this all too late. But now that Chris is "safe" away from the demon.. There's still chance.

See thats where i disagree. Driving is something that people with dementia seem to be able to continue to do long after they shouldn't be allowed to. We had to confiscate my grandfather's car keys because if he found them he would take the car and go to a convenience store. He could not tell his daughter from his wife but he could drive to get coffee.
Can confirm this one. My late grandfather still could and would drive, but I still had to give him directions to the grocery store or doctor’s office.

If you havent known a relative who has gone through dementia, you would not understand the unpredictability of the disease nor how vast the symptoms range. Power leveling here to corroborate @slimz ’s grandfather’s experience with my grandmother’s, if not for relevancy‘s sake then to clear up misconceptions and drill into some of your heads how someone with this damn disease actually behaves.
The one case I had personal experience with, a woman who was the wife of a friend went from completely normal, vivacious and witty to slightly absent minded then visibly demented then a complete vegetable and then dead in the course of six months. It was some kind of seriously vicious early-onset Alzheimer's. At least I suppose that's better than knowing what's happening for years and years.

Anyway I don't believe this story without more than this, although the license plate seems believable and suggests that it at least might be true. If she really is mostly there, it's interesting one of the first things she's done is get rid of Chris's custom license plate.

If she's together enough to do that she's together enough to testify against him.
We all know Chris' stupid back story. It's more elaborate than Batman's. A mentally deficient lunatic who should have been put away as a child winds up raping his mother after cutting a magical hole in his taint.
In a truly just world, Chris would be sent to Arkham Asylum.
For example, if there was a case of consensual incest between a parent and a young but legal aged child, I can absolutely imagine the DA’s office only charging the parent. The assumption seems to be that the only two possibilities are that Chris gets a rape charge or Barb gets an incest charge. Is that assumption valid?
I'm going to go out on a limb and say Barb doesn't get charged with shit. Even if she is partly demented she still has that white trash grifter skill she was born with and will have no issue throwing Chris under the bus even if it was somehow consensual.

There is nothing in it for the state in charging an poor white trash octogenarian with fucking her son. It's a complete waste of time and money. I would be angry if I was a local tax payer and they wasted my money on taking her to court and a judicial punishment. It's not like she even has any money to take. There is nothing to gain. Chris has reached tabloid levels for being a retarded tranny who fucked his mom. Nobody cares about Barb. She would have died in the horde and nobody would have given a fuck if Chris hadn't fucked her.

This case is only high profile in the way a puppy born with spot shaped vaguely like Jesus Christ is. Yeah, lots of people saw the story, but no one new is checking for updates on the case. Normies gawk at it for 30 seconds and then never search for updates on ‘Miss Chan’s’ case ever again. As for locals, why would this be their point of outrage at the DA when the macing and attempted vehicular manslaughter and decades of degeneracy weren’t?

Mentioned in passing on Tucker isn’t “high profile.”
Yea, I'm not saying he's some sort of high profile celebrity, tards. But consider it this way. Beforehand, very little was done against Chris and Barb (except small charges for small crimes, minus the backing over of the GP owner with a car) and it hit a niche audience.

But now there's a lot more eyes on the case because of two things. 1) the confusing and sick nature of the crime, and 2) Chris' self-proclaimed trans-ness

The reason I bring these up is that this especially struck a cord with Twitter, (iirc) the most used social media network out there, and also the most self-righteous. It hit most people who were too young or old to know CWC because it's a sick crime, and otherwise it hit the SJW community because Chris says he's trans and a lot of people still refer to him by he (which meant they could show off their moral superiority). It creates a lot of in-fighting, and riles people up for much longer than this case would normally be in the spotlight. Now, of course the government wouldn't normally care about this shit, but remember there's also extremely tense political tensions in the US. If Virginia law enforcement let this one go, especially as a red state, they'd probably be seeing a lot of instability because a lot of young people (aka SJW Twitter users aka people willing to send death threats and perform terrorist actions in the name of "progress") are at the head of this shit. They're more than happy to take the lack of action on this case as general catch-all government incompetence and start another wave of BLMesque riots about cops and the justice system, but this time in the vein of trans-ness. The American government is held together by shoe strings and bubblegum, one sign of incompetence and that house of cards is gonna slowly come crashing down, state by state.

Of course, remember this is an autismofag talking here, it could be very more occams-razor than I make it out to be. But this is just my two-cents as to why it's going the way it is.

Sonchu’s plates were stolen. Wouldn’t she have had to pay extra to get them remade?

Considering they're custom plates, I'd be willing to bet on it
I'm not 100% sure, but I'm p sure getting new plates after yours were stolen/lost costs a small fee, but you gotta pay full if they were custom

I’m sorry but what the fuck are you taking about? The Virginia Supreme Court issue a ruling today that a public school teacher was wrongfully fired for misgendering trans students and must be reinstated. Where’re the riots you’re predicting? Someone posting on Twitter about pronouns isn’t some huge statement of solidarity. There’s not even a fraction of the support for trans people that this site seems to think there is.

After we took our photos we started to leave. As we did, someone opened the door. At first I thought it was the neighbor that was taking care of the cats in the Chandlers' absence, but it turned out to be Barb herself. I was so freaked out I didn't know what to do, so I just said "Hi, Barb" and she said hi back then got into the van and drove off. My friend and I immediately left.
At least barb's still alive, that's good to hear.

Honestly, state-funded nursing home or other program until she dies. Which won't be long due to the dementia.

I do actually feel bad for her.

If she was too weak to get away from her son raping her (which would already create a fight or flight response), how is she strong enough to drive?
There's a huge difference between getting in a minivan and turning it on, and getting mashed into a couch by your overweight, sex crazed, retarded son

When I'm elected president the first thing I'll do is build a real Arkham Asylum just so we can throw Chris and half the people catalogued on this site in it.

Also a quick note to anyone who is thinking about trolling the hearing: Don't fucking do it
In Virginia, contempt of court can carry up to a 10 day jail sentence as well as a $250 fine.
You cant record in a courtroom right (have absolutely no knowledge on that)

Barb will not die until she has given birth to Crystal.
I could actually imagine Chris thinking about that scenario, about one of the most accessible ways of making his dream of having his very special kin a very very slim chance of being a possibility is by fucking his weak dementia ridden mother...

Barb hasn't necessarily done anything horrific or heinous in her life. throughout her life she just showed to be a really untrustworthy person who uses people to her advantage. according to her other son Cole Smithy she also emotionally abused him growing up. she's extremely manipulative and enabled Chris to become who he is today by sheltering him to an extreme degree, I can't remember if he was going to a convention or trying to visit a potential "sweetheart", but she threatened to commit suicide if he left the house for three days. I doubt this wasn't the first or last time she had done so.
Thanks man
also that is genuinely horrific

Powerlevel, but I do have direct knowledge about that. You are not allowed to record during a court session unless you have permission of the court. Permission is only given to accredited media where I work; it is unlikely that other jurisdictions allow observers in the gallery to record. If any of the courtroom staff see you recording (and we will) the judge will have the attending deputy remove you. At minimum. So Don't Do That.

For a more accurate view of the legal aspects of this situation see https://kiwifarms.net/threads/chris-the-legal-issues. Sorry for the powerlevel.
