…. not to mention she supposedly got into the van and drove away herself. The fact that the plates got replaced means she is either not a vegetable or that there is someone else taking care of her, possibly the church.

It was probably really easy for Barb to get him on rape. He's autistic enough that he probably just offered them enough evidence with his offhand conversations. You do not need to submit to a rape kit to prove rape especially when chris probably admitted sexual contact.
You only need to prove that the victim did not consent or was unable to consent, this covers all the bases from being forced or coerced to being drunk demented or incapacitated is some way.
See thats where i disagree. Driving is something that people with dementia seem to be able to continue to do long after they shouldn't be allowed to. We had to confiscate my grandfather's car keys because if he found them he would take the car and go to a convenience store. He could not tell his daughter from his wife but he could drive to get coffee.…. not to mention she supposedly got into the van and drove away herself.
Correct. However, from the standpoint of bolstering a case, it usually helps. I should've been clearer about that in my earlier comment. You do not need to submit to a rape kit to prove rape especially when chris probably admitted sexual contact.
True. However, incest being involved muddies the waters somewhat because it's a crime that doesn't require consent. We've covered all that already, though, so I won't go back through it.You only need to prove that the victim did not consent or was unable to consent, this covers all the bases from being forced or coerced to being drunk demented or incapacitated is some way.
OK, but where did this news come from? I'll admit that I'm not keeping a totally close eye on things, but this is the first I've heard of it.Barb has no advocate at the moment. To the state she is the victim of a crime,
Sure, but only communicating via lawyers is SOP for criminal (or even civil) cases. There's nothing exceptional about that in this instance.Chris's lawyer is not contacting her directly as he must work through the DA. Her ONLY connection to this would be through the DAs office.
Possible. Is there anything to indicate that this may be the case?If they have decided that she is mentally incapacitated than they dont need her testimony so they are not reaching out.
Also speaking from experience with a very similar situation: this is absolutely correct.See thats where i disagree. That is a good point, but you have to remember how progressed she seemed to be. Chris described her like a doll. If we follow the dementia plot line, it seemed like Barb didn't want to have sex with Chris but she had no way to fight back because she was so weak and just not there. In a way, things just don't line up completely. If she was too weak to get away from her son raping her (which would already create a fight or flight response), how is she strong enough to drive?See thats where i disagree. Exactly. Based on Chris’ description (as well as her video appearances) you’d expect her to be at the stage of sitting in a recliner muttering to herself, incapable of getting up to walk around on her own, let alone getting into and driving a car. That is a good point, but you have to remember how progressed she seemed to be. Fully agreed. And co sidering Barbs past abuse of Chris, I wouldn't put it past her to act up her issues and take advantage of a very public struggle of Chris' (that being getting laid). It's a fucked up thing to do, but Barb is a fucked up person.Exactly. Based on Chris’ description (as well as her video appearances) you’d expect her to be at the stage of sitting in a recliner muttering to herself, incapable of getting up to walk around on her own, let alone getting into and driving a car.
Even if she has “good days and bad days” these two Barbaras are just too dang different.
Something’s very weird here.

Driving a car isn't exactly a strenuous activity. That is a good point, but you have to remember how progressed she seemed to be. Chris described her like a doll. No one lives forever.I think she'll be dead soon if the state doesn't take custody of her. She doesn't have much left anyways. Sounds cruel, but I think it'd just be better for her to become a ward of the state.
Or was even deliberately administering it improperly.Perhaps her medication was updated after the checkup, or (more probable, IMO) Chris wasn't administering it properly.
That’s, frighteningly, what popped up in my mind as well. It would perfectly explain the inconsistencies she’s displayed.Or was even deliberately administering it improperly.
That would definitely explain it. This shit has so many layersThat’s, frighteningly, what popped up in my mind as well. It would perfectly explain the inconsistencies she’s displayed.
Per Wikipedia, Virginia is currently issuing plates in the U series, starting at UZZ and proceeding backwards, and was on UBL in early July. UDC-3045 would have been stamped at some point in 2021, probably, so these are indeed new plates. Those are what VA issues as regular plates. It's not so much that they're the original ones as they are what the DMV gives you from what they have on hand. Given that some w33n stole the last set of plates, it makes sense that Barb would have gone to the DMV, reported yet another license plate theft, and been handed those from behind the counter.
Yoooo this fucking info is a game changer. Chris might actually get away with this.I'm just gonna go ahead and share my findings here.
A few days ago I went to 14 Branchland Court with a friend of mine to update everyone on the van and the cats.

I can confirm that the van is indeed back at the house. The plates have been replaced with what I assume are the original plates for the car. You can tell these aren't old photos by checking the date on the plate as well as the broken tail light, which apparently happened after the car was left at the motel in Richmond.

And as we left I noticed the cats by the side of the house so I took a pic, but it's not the greatest.View attachment 2492603
After we took our photos we started to leave. As we did, someone opened the door. At first I thought it was the neighbor that was taking care of the cats in the Chandlers' absence, but it turned out to be Barb herself. I was so freaked out I didn't know what to do, so I just said "Hi, Barb" and she said hi back then got into the van and drove off. My friend and I immediately left.
I still don't know what this means in terms of how the case will go. We all thought she'd be in hospice care until she passed. Then again this is the state with the same mental health care system that ignored Chris all these years.
I wish I had more proof than just my account of what happened but I wasn't able to take any pictures of her. Maybe someone else can go to Ruckersville and corroborate my claims? (without being a ween)
If you have any questions let me know and I'll answer them.
Or Chris withheld her meds in order to make her easier to live with/be around/fuck and now she’s finally back on them and doing better.I told you niggas. Chris is probably going to skate on this and go back giving Barb tossed salad and scrambled eggs. People with dementia can still drive, it just depends on what stage they're in. She may have sundowning, which means her symptoms are worse at night than during the day.
