There's a huge difference between being a fatty or an obese person having cholecystectomy surgery and being an absolute deathfat. A BMI of 40 is already considered morbidly obese. Even IF she was only at 300lb at the time, ALR was still around a 55 BMI. Gallstones are rarely deadly, sure they can be very painful. These days though it's not easy to get them removed especially for super duper morbidly obese folk.

When was the last time you saw a registered dietician? Just interested because I've seen a few over the last 6 years or so and none of them offered any kind of diet plan. It was always everything in moderation. Some would give a calorie guideline, but definitely no meal plans ever and not even one of them supported my (required by endocrinologist) low carbohydrate diet. That's why I've seen many, because there's no point going to dietician that won't support your medical needs because their training is so anti-restriction and so high carbohydrate focussed. They pander to the diabetics and to the obese, because that's the two major categories where the majority of their patients fit.

I’m gonna take a wild guess that the next diet fad she’s gonna try is reverse dieting. A lot of fatties are doing it unsuccessfully, mostly because it’s meant to be a method used by body builders, weight lifters and boxers who need make weight before competing.

She can binge and claim she’s in maintenance.

I’ve always wondered why she didn’t go fudge the ADD test and get a script for stimulants. She could lose weight so fast she would dissolve, especially if she got on Vyvanse. I know someone who was maybe 150lb who took it for a month and the doctor took them right back off of it because they were already down to 125lb in 4 weeks. Imagine someone Amber’s size taking it.

I mean yeah, she’d just be cracked out on stimulants instead of fat and it wouldn’t solve her problems long term or whatever, but it would be entertaining for us (unlike her current content) and she would finally be ✨skinny✨

Tin foil theory...do you think we just made the jump over the "Vacation" weekend on the chalkboard calendar. Perhaps Wipey spent the week someplace more pleasant and familiar than Kentucky Fried Nasty Abode...something like , I dunno, maybe under the Staten Island Ferry pier...or at the Fresh Kills Landfill...or maybe a rat filled subway tunnel, or even lets say a courtroom. And that sent this codependent asshole on an even bingier binge fest where she festered in excreted fry grease and garlic salt and gained so much that I thought my video ratio changed to widescreen.

I disagree. Amber's incessant "need to eat" isn't so much a physical demand or hunger for food - it's more of a psychological want. She could be on 70mg of Vyvanse with an Adderall to boost and she'd still stuff her fat fucking face around the clock. She doesn't know what being hungry is, because she's always. Eating. Always. Constantly.
People mistake Chantal's prior "weight loss" as being due to cocaine, but it was more of "I can't eat for a family of 6 around this guy, so I'm forced to cut down on how much I eat: which is why she dropped the weight so quickly - that and him cooking meals for her instead of eating out all day.
Point being, there is literally no pill in this universe that would make Amber stop eating. The only thing that would help would be in patient therapy where everything is controlled for her, but even then she can't live like that forever.
It's like beating a dead horse at this point, but: she doesn't want to change, she enjoys being a stain on society and draining resources while being wasteful and shitty. She'll die miserable and alone and we'll all forget her in time. Would be sad if it were anyone else but her.

Edit to add: also stimulants in the states at least (idk about other places) are highly controlled and you need to be checking in with your psychiatrist multiple times a month and see them for refills, they're not exactly something to sporadically take, either. She's already documented as non-compliant so good luck getting anything beyond a basic ritalin.

Even if she got put on stimulants and initially lost a bunch of weight she would gain it all back. She will never actually get the eating issue fixed so it'd only be a matter of time. I thought she got put on an appetite suppressant previously and literally forced herself to eat despite it? Either way I'm here for it.
