Stranger assaulted by maniac weeks before he pushed retired NYC teacher to death recounts frightening attack: ‘Why is he following us?’

black.webp

“He comes up and he kicks my friend in the back, and basically pushes him through the transition of the cars,” the woman said in a phone interview Friday night.

“My friend freaks out, runs away, and then he grabs me by the head and pushes my head down, trying to like maybe throw me on the ground or something. But I didn’t, I resisted as much as I could. I didn’t fall, and then I immediately opened up the car and then ran towards my friend.”

She said the attack left her and her friend “in shock,” but they ultimately chose not to cooperate with prosecutors — a decision she now regrets after Burke was charged with murder on Friday for allegedly hurling 76-year-old stranger Ross Falzone to his death at a Chelsea subway station Thursday night.

Police had taken the violent brute to Bellevue Hospital for “acting erratically” Thursday afternoon before he was released about an hour later and allegedly launched the deadly unprovoked attack later that night.

“I regret it 100% and I actually feel really bad that a man lost his life,” the woman said.

Maybe a part of me was just like, I don’t want to put another black man in jail, but, you know, at some point, if you are a criminal, you’re a criminal, and he was scary, he was a scary guy.”

Same thing happened in America in the 90’s. Some grocery store got sued for “racial discrimination” because 95% of people caught shoplifting were black. The lawsuit got throw out though because the data proved it just so happened that that was the breakdown of shoplifters, nothing to do with racial targeting.
It has since been codified into law that racially distinct outcomes, unless they're beneficial to the nonwhites, are by legal definition racism and a crime against diversity. I'm not kidding. If you open up a position for hiring and don't hire at least 15% blacks, the only conclusion the law allows for is that you're a racist. And there are lawyers that explicitly look out for this happening so they can file nuisance suits to punish companies that don't pay the danegeld.

Another fine example of the Marxist brainwashing that has been going on since long before I was born. They are perpetual victims, "oppressed" by "the man" that is always out to get them. They just can't get ahead! They're trying so hard! Once you see it, you can't unsee it. I cannot believe that I even entertained the idea that this narrative might be true, back in my liberal days. You don't hate the evil faggots that keep pushing this garbage enough. Truly evil. They want to keep society destabilized and it seems to be working. That being said, if you think I am wrong about this, don't hesitate to tell me so.

Uh huh.

This is a "smart vending machine" - the way it works is, you use your credit card to unlock it, then you open the door and take whatever you want. There are AI-powered cameras inside that watch you, and charge your credit card appropriately.

AI-Vending-Machine-1536x2048.jpg

It's like having a high-trust society, but enforced by AI.

Naturally "changing customer habits" don't fully understand how this works. They seem to think the machine works on the honor system, and that taking more than one item is a "glitch" (like how they assumed that check kiting was a "glitch"). So when the door opens, they behave like monkeys, presented with a basket of bananas. They grab as much as they can.

...only this time the AI bills them for it.

Here's a video by a guy who installed one of these machines in a hotel. Apparently he's making bank.

Yeah, I posted the exact law about one page back.

Regarding these vending machines. It's gonna be interesting how this plays out. On the one hand, there is absolutely no possibility that blacks just magically start behaving themselves, and no possibility that they develop restraint (only taking what they can pay for).

I also see no possibility that the credit card companies hold firm when the inevitable "what dis charge fo?? uh uh, I didn't take that shit!" complaints come in. And when, as with IQ tests for employment, word gets out that this mostly affects blacks, I suspect these machines will simply have to go away.

I fucking love it.

If the merchant can prove merchandise is being taken (intentionally) at the point-of-sale with 4k video footage like this, they're much more likely to prevail against those complaints. Not hard to auto-tag footage with the most-recent transaction ID (as provided by the credit card gateway, i.e. a number you're allowed to keep and use to refer to the transaction and associate it with the payment, PCI-e compliant).

Visa/MC aren't made of infinite cash, and wokeness won't justify endless bleeding forever. They don't like being ripped off either.

Perhaps they won't.

Not only are The Great Fatigue and The Great Noticing becoming more and more pronounced and — more importantly — widespread even amongst the normies, none of the usual excuses can possibly be applied here: if you take the product, your card will be billed for it.

Even the most extreme race pimps and AWFLs will feel a bit uncomfortable to explicitly assert that niggers are simply too stupid to pay for the products they know perfectly well that they are attempting to steal consume.

I really gotta stop ripping on the clankers, man. They may be the only things remaining which can call out the negroidal shenanigans.

Perfect example of black logic and being prone to violence.

16 year old boy at his second day of work at Kroger's. Sees the mother of a fellow student he goes to school with. He does not like the student so he (allegedly, nobody else can back this up) tries to hit the mother with a shopping cart. Her daughter, the person he has a problem with, starts yelling at him, so he balls his fist and swings at her (this is backed up by third party witnesses).

So then his mother shows up. She's completely baffled and doesn't understand why he is being arrested. Her logic is that the victim was talking to him, and since he doesn't like what she is saying, he is well within his rights to physically strike them. She argues up until the very end that she was talking to him at work, so it is perfectly okay and legal to try and punch her in the mouth.

To the kid's credit, he seems to recognize what he did was wrong, does not resist, and calmly goes into cuffs and the squad car. It is all the other nigs around him that are throwing a fit.

This is absolutely hilarious. They think they are so fucking clever, lol.

No credit, kill it. If you randomly chimp out just from seeing someone related to someone you don't like, there's no room for you in human society.

Shit like this is one of the fundamental reasons why I miss living in East Asian countries. The high trust. You can’t have nice things in a society where socioeconomic factors are taking every chance to take advantage of something genuinely cool, only for said cool thing to get removed because they fucked around and found out and threw a bitch fit or they just end up completely ruining it.

Correct me if I'm misunderstanding "high-trust" and "low-trust" society, I would think if society has to rely on 24/7 surveillance and high security/policing, that's a result of a "low-trust" society.

I would think that's because of the interacting cultures or the potential severity of the consequences.

Correct, IMHO. It's a "gentle-ish" transition from high-trust (besieged by endless niggers) towards low-trust (with high convenience). The end result will suck, but it's where globalism and niggerdom takes us without adequate pushback.

If that would be the case, I would vehemently accept the outcome, but realize that it could've been avoided a long time ago. I had a conspiracy that the elites wanted this to happen to justify a new world order full with high surveillance, low public trust and little privacy.

You're right. That's why I said it's *like* a high trust society. This vending machine is a nice convenience like what they have in high trust societies, but it's only possible in our current low-trust society because of AI surveillance.

And I suspect that even with the AI, the vending machines wont last. But it's *like* having a high trust society for a little while.

Here's a video of the attack to go with that story.

I'm not right about anything. My intelligence level is so low, there's a meme on here about me because "I don't get it." All I can do is ask.

Cops pulls over hundreds of people over the years for DUI in Illinois, he ends up making a quarter mil a year with overtime and court appearences.

Ends up that a good number don't even make it to trial and end up with not-guilty.

He steals a laptop from a restaurant exec/designated driver. Guy tracks his macbook to the cop's home lol.

Gets one day suspension.

Imagine being a defense lawyer for one of the upcoming cases for this guy. That'll be a field day.

Field sobriety tests are absolute, unscientific horseshit. Do not EVER do them. Even if you go in and test clean, they still can try to use things done in them to convict you. Make them take you in and blood test you and that's it.
