I automatically call out and demand the removal of any "automatic" gratuity added to a check a restaurant presents me. I politely explain it's not their place to tell me how grateful I am. Naturally I only do this after I've finished eating & drinking, and I never return to the offending restaurant, but I make sure they know they've fucked up.

When you are flying, entirely different rules apply. Unless you are a US Air Marshall, or some other higher end federal officer, you CANNOT have a firearm with you on the plane. Period, end of discussion. You can have it in a checked bag, but it has to be declared and has to be inspected. It also has to be cased, unloaded, and locked in a gun carrying case.

Yeah, in a carry-on bag. iirc the gun was only partially disassembled (looked to me like it was in just two pieces) and a fully loaded magazine was inserted (no round in the chamber). Dumbfuck claimed he took his brother's bag by mistake.
