There literally is a genetic difference in the voices of Sub-Saharan Africans, as compared to other human groups. They have different vowel frequencies and other things. Personally, I think you can hear the sound of their over-sized lips struggling to form certain consonants (trouble becomes trouboo), for instance. I was amazed in Europe, when I heard niggers speaking French with the exact same limitations and markers that set apart their usage of English in the States.
