Thing is Megan got that way from being a full-time working single parent, Ashli is in a shelter and it's not like living in a house, and Lowtax got that way by doing absolutely nothing other than drinking and drugs, neglecting his children and hitting his fucktoys. He has NO excuse, and at the same time if he didn't do those things he's just some guy, there's nothing remarkable about his appearance. His transformation is pretty astounding though. I think he did kick up the substance abuse a notch with Ashli but 40 is about the age when alcoholism/drug use starts taking its toll on the body, as someone in the medical field posted above.
Plus the thing is with women, men can disparage our looks all they want, but we don't want to fuck them either so why would we care.
