He blew that person off, saying that "everything I've said is 100% true". Even if she did get sent back to Canada, she'd probably be sent back to Canada with the child. They're not going to separate a child from the mother to place it with an out of control unemployed drug addict who is barely more functional than the users of his site.

Family court generally prefers joint custody with sole custody being an absolute last resort, but if a situation is such that it is physically impossible, they're almost always going to place with the mother. This is even the case when the mother is an absolute fuckup while the dad is functional, while in this case, the dad is even more of a fuckup than the mom and by his own admission hasn't even seen the child for a month.

This isn't going to be seen as an emergency because clearly Low-T himself hasn't seen it as an emergency, effectively abandoning the household for a month before going to court.
