In the interview with Matt Mead on Mersh's show he made a comment that I think flew under the radar. He said he had to DRIVE her home. From Connecticut(?) to Wisconsin, because he couldn't get her on a plane. Even if she did have a non-expired passport I just don't think she is functional enough to deal with international travel on her own.

Hrmmm. Ya know, my first thoughts when Ralph visited Hunter in Colombia were that this was all going to end up with Ralph either:

This is really starting to paint a picture about Ralph's new "girlfriend". I wonder how quickly Scarlett had her mental break. You can mock the graduating class of 38, but she must have had some drive and brains to be able to become best in class, even in a small pool; also her athletics success. Did she crack before leaving town? Was it LA?

It sounds like she quickly washed out of college and then her next move was the cliched - go to LA to become an actress. Which followed the more cliched path of wanna be actress ends up in porn industry and on drugs. (But to be honest the drugs could have started in college, who knows. Ralph is such a catty, passive aggressive fag. This trait, along with him only puffing up his chest to holler behind the safety of his home, are the primary factors that shift him from the "I just wanna point and laugh at him" category to "I'd love to cyberbully this guy IRL of I ever saw him" category. That, and the fact when Ralph does get fucked with IRL, he'll proceed to have him self a cope holler sesh like he wasn't fucking terrified or he wasn't the laying on the ground like a fat Chinese dude.

For all the ridiculousness that the Mexican arc is, as well as how incredibly sad and pathetic it is, I'm sad it heavily reduced the opportunity for Ralph potentially bumping into people who might know him.
