In the interview with Matt Mead on Mersh's show he made a comment that I think flew under the radar. He said he had to DRIVE her home. From Connecticut(?) to Wisconsin, because he couldn't get her on a plane. Even if she did have a non-expired passport I just don't think she is functional enough to deal with international travel on her own.

This is really starting to paint a picture about Ralph's new "girlfriend". I wonder how quickly Scarlett had her mental break.
