I feel like Aaron’s lawyer probably should let the court know that this is basically just a revenge plot more than about revenge porn. The fact that Nick is effectively planning an after party, outlining his plans to attempt to ruin Aaron’s life via preventing from hosting his morning show and lawfare, and in general being a Salacious Crumb to a fat pedophile really feels like the judge should probably see this circus for what it is.

Be funny if she calls it from the bench as Dabbleverse people are retards and I wouldn’t be surprised if they interrupt the court.

Surely Crackhead actively watching,hunting and stalking A-A-Ron for over a year in the hopes that he makes a mistake and proves Crackhead right is seen by the court as just a tad excessive/obsessive no? Beyond that I will argue that EVEN if what Aaron did is cringe, he’s not breaking the spirit of the law. (Unfortunately it was written in a particularly retarded way.)

1. There was no wide dissemination.
2. The wasn’t a goal of harassment or monetary gain.

And of course, it’s not a nude. It’s a pic of Kayla, posing for him in some underwear or top or whatever.

Aaron took the pic. With his phone. It’s his property. When you take a picture, a non nude picture may I add, there is implied consent that yes: This pic can be shown to someone and I don’t need to ask for consent.
 
Btw, I think it's particularly telling that the judge agreed to not have a separate hearing to cover the "violations", knowing that it's only a 15 minute sentencing hearing.

I'm thinking she too thinks it's all a nothingburger. Mr. Rugieta is set to be very disappointed.
