Reminder that he has a VIP for that Vegas lovecloud thing which is like $900 a year or something.
Yet he can't afford to get his practice back.
His priorities are as straight as a homosexual gangbang between him and 10 clones of Aaron Imholte.

He leads with the real reason [its a serious enough ethics complaint he genuinely might get suspended anyways] and ends with cope/lies [I don't want to/can't spend $2,000] which both inflates the actual cost and gives him further justication.

The fact he's admitting the ethics complaint could suspend him means that it must be decently serious.

My question is, would they still suspend him if he's non-practicing? Could it be an understanding between him and the BAR that as long as he doesnt try to get re-authorized they wont embarass him with a suspension?

If I'm Imholte's lawyer I'm telling him to drop accepting the plea deal and 'let's go'. It could be the next meme trial over a consensual topless pic sent to one person who deleted it. Reiketa would be set for a new run of seethestreams and Aaron would be getting his goal everyday without all the grovelling.
Since making the plea agreement hasn't Aaron confessed to the crime on his show?

45 hours? That is what less than 6 days of regular work days... Not a lot while being unemployed. And I think PO would reasonably accommodate that one...
A PO would not care one bit about that in a negative sense - why would they? It's even a positive step (for most people) toward putting back together a life shattered.

There are a bunch of ways to be disciplined, including public and private admonishment, suspension, or disbarment. There's no need for some back-office agreement - which would kind of go against the whole ethics concept...

Crackhead logic. Minimize every bad you do, and only admit to what you get caught doing. Narcissist's Prayer etc.

All crackheads do this because that's what crack does to your brain. You need immediate gratification and have a very low threshold for emotional discomfort, so your brain always speedruns to the shortest possible route to make you justified. And whenever someone tries to make you actually take accountability, you can't handle it so the crackhead tantrum starts.
You know, I thought that this was just a NPD thing, but I have had to deal with crackheads in the past, and this is exactly correct - They ALL do this shit. They'll lie, and if caught in the lie, they'll pivot to a different lie and pretend the lie that they just made didn't happen. And go ballistic if you point out that it did.,

What would his excuse be for leaving those galaxy gas canisters everywhere?
:really: my Amazon driver who delivers my nitrous died of pancreatic cancer, I'm not throwing these cans away because it reminds me of him.

In bad news, I hate people wearing sunglasses indoors.
I'm very happy for Kurt, but I do agree he needs to lose the sunglasses.
He needs those glasses because his success is blinding :smug:
I saw a stream of his this week and I think Kurt mentioned that he has some sort of eye photosensitivity that causes him physical pain (probably from staring at a bright screen for extended periods of time), and wearing the shades helps mitigate it. I believe Kurt would wear shades to help his eyes over trying to look cool, mostly because you could not convince me Kurt gives a shit about what's "cool".
He whined about not being able to just pay $800 and not do community service yet he's so trembling at the thought of having to spend $2000 to get his practice back.
People like Nick who want to just pay to make their legal problems go away when they fuck up because he's an abject cunt are exactly the reason why it's a good thing it's possible to give out punishments you can't just pay to make go away. And of course it'd be late, because he's a fucking retard.
He's still an unfunny Godless child abusing cuckold with a broken dick who wants his family dead so he can open an OnlyFans where he was has coked up gay sex with Jamaican men
Null should put any takedown requests he gets from Nick for his Onlyfans content being hosted on the Farms onto a t-shirt, because the second Nick makes that kind of content, it's going to be here. And it's going to be fucking terrible, because his inability to cater to what other people want to see, and not just want he wants to do, is going to make it a massive failure.

That, and he torched his life to have sex with a Minnesota 5 while being bad at sex, in addition to everything else.
I like how the little faggot admits my speculation was in fact correct. It's very likely if he even tried to get his license back, the hammer of the bar would come down and smash him to pulp like the cuckroach he is for his numerous crimes.
Or... he was told he'd just lose it again if he renews it. So to spare the embarrassment and avoid wasting money and time, he's just leaving it as it is. And will for a very long time, if not forever I guess.
The prospect of Nick being at an impasse with Minnesota where he remains unfit to practice law and they don't take his license away, or he tries to get his authorization back from doing the CLEs and they immediately shit down his throat and take his license away...that fills me with mirth. Caught between bad and worse. Sucks to suck.
Nick cares most about himself and somehow he's tied himself to this battle. I'm not so confident it will come out, but I'll be here for it if/(hopefully) when it does.
I'm somewhat convinced that someone has a backup of the bodycam footage, and is waiting for it to be released legally, but would be willing to drop it if it "mysteriously" gets "deleted".
If you have this creepy faggot as a member of your panel, he will start immediately ranting like a lunatic about his personal issues. He is utterly incapable of not doing that.
He can't help but talk about his favorite subject: himself. It probably qualifies as a disability. His attempt of making a video and then trying to make the Read case about his own case was peak, "I am uncomfortable when we are not talking about me."

A lot of people wonder who is worse. Ethan Ralph or Rekieta? I would answer Ralph but only because Ralph started frying his brains on narcotics before Rekieta did, and with it the scummy behaviour.
The main reason you could say Nick isn't worse is because Nick hasn't hurt his family more is because the consequences of his actions can't (outside of him physically harming them): he has a safety net (well to do parents and a filthy rich grandfather with a net worth of over $100 MILLION) that Ralph never could begin to conceive of. The stupid shit he has done and is continuing to do would've resulted in any normal person being homeless several times over. I think Nick is much worse, though.

His parents bail him out because they believe it's for the good of their grandkids, but they need to seriously look into finding a way to help the grandchildren (and Kayla's family, and maybe Kayla herself, if she gets her shit together and leaves Nick) in a way Nick can't benefit from. He can't hit rock bottom because he continues to dig deeper and deeper because he has no reason to, as long as he keeps benefiting from wealth his parents just give to him to bail him out from his stupid faggot decisions, seemingly willy nilly.
Nick is going to die within these 5 years of probation.
Don't you dare give me hope.
Melton has one of the easiest faces to hate I've ever seen. I don't want to call it punchable because I don't want to touch him.
He and Vito look exactly the same and they're both pedophiles. I think looking like that predisposes someone to wanting to talking about raping children. It is the face of a person who is worthy of being thrown into a woodchipper, feet first. The sooner those faggots realize it's more money and better content to focus on shitting on Nick over a tard like Aaron, the better. They still get the woodchipper though.
Nick actually doesn't think he broke the law, as Aaron left himself logged in. Yes, the lawyer, can't comprehend the meaning of unauthorised.
Nick, a connoisseur of rape anime involving children, and associate of multiple people who enjoy talking about raping children "as a joke", who has gone on at least one extended conversation discussing raping people who have wronged him, who has openly confessed to finding enjoyment in ignoring personal boundaries to upset people...not understanding authorization or consent?

Impossible.
I don't even believe he has friends.
He doesn't have friends, he has objects he can manipulate, destroy, and ruin at his leisure. If you aren't one of those objects, he'll make you one as soon as he possibly can.

I still can't decide if Nick lacks the self awareness to see that literally everyone knew he was in a polycule, or if he's just lying
He literally claims that Kayla has only ever had sex with him and nobody else, despite the evidence to the contrary. He's lying.
Nah man! Nobody knew! Not the nanny who quit in disgust, not the rando church people who told the pastor, not the fans who joked about Kayla getting pumped full of BBC, not the professionals who reported him.

It was ALL AARON!!
Nick's the kind of dishonest faggot attorney who masturbates to the premise that if you aren't directly recording him doing something as he does something, it's impossible to prove he did something. Similar to his stupid horseshit that if you aren't a Youtube streamer with at least a million subs and five children, you can't understand him (it's actually him being a dismissive self-centered bitch who can't stand people saying things he doesn't want to hear, e.g. "in a faggoty way"). We call that being a special snowflake, and we also refer to those special snowflakes as faggots, because that's what faggots do.

He's not mad Aaron revealed the polycule, he's furious Aaron took away his ability to credibly deny his disgusting actions.
...but if the judge is truly going to railroad him on post-plea sentencing, then there would be nothing to lose in shoving it all through a trial that'd probably end up with a roughly similar sentence anyway. Far more importantly, such a post-plea-withdrawal trial would be worth it for the content.
Nick admitting to wanting to file a civil charge against Aaron as a form of revenge for his plea deal causing a chain of actions few could anticipate which leads to Aaron to renege on the plea deal and then decide to go to trial with a charge that can't be proven without the witnesses who have already publicly stated they do not want to testify, potentially not being permitted to use his prior statements of admission of guilt that arose from him relying on the plea deal that was in place at the time, which could result in a dismissal of all charges? We get the KNU meme AND a guaranteed meltdown from Nick?

Another win for the Toe?

If that happens, not only does God exist, he took Nick's dumbass statement of wanting to fight Him as a personal slight, and now wants us to laugh at Nick by giving him the direct consequences of his actions.

What if Kayla was the architect of allure all along?
It's something we don't want to contend with.
An inconvenient truth better left forgotten.

Nick legitimately thinks that we believe he has a secret "balldo army" that the feds are going to black bag and Melton is a part of

View attachment 7539412

He does not actually believe this. He is just trying reducto ad absurdum as a propaganda tactic. If he can cast his opponents as eeeeevil or ridiculous, he looks comparatively better.

If the judge rejects the plea deal, would Aaron be allowed to change to "Not Guilty"?

Yes, the relevant cases were cited in the Nick legal thread. MN has law that allow retraction of a plea if the State fails to honor their side. This right is also on the plea agreement form in Kandiyohi.

I am very curious about that ethics charge. I wonder if anyone knows what it's about. 🤔 I'm sure he hasn't said what it's about, publicly, because he seems to know it's valid.

@Useful_Mistake mentioned a pending complaint at some point that is unresolved.

Nick did address it flippantly weeks ago, but I would not trust his representations. Good job it is part of the public record if he is disciplined.

The judge would have to ignore it and inform both sides of the improper ex parte communication that could not be used to decide anything.

Amd they might go after them as they did with Ralph and send the police after them with a warrant.

He's actually pontificated on this exact scenario in the past. "What if I entered a bank and handed the teller a note asking politely for all the money?" Some sort of thought exercise on mens rea or something.

Nick joined the legal profession because he thinks he can use it hyper-technically to manipulate people. We have numerous examples like 'on the wall', 'I never promised payment for going on my show', and 'It was true when I said it' among others....

If I'm Imholte's lawyer I'm telling him to drop accepting the plea deal and 'let's go'. It could be the next meme trial over a consensual topless pic sent to one person who deleted it. That would make you Nick-tier of a barrister. Congratulations!

This shit again.

An unlimited subscription to LawLine costs $299 for a year. If he wanted to spend the time, he could catch up all his past CLEs AND do all his future ones for three hundred bucks. He wouldn't have to go anywhere; just play them on his phone while vaccuuming the house huffing nitrous.

View attachment 7540765

He's just a lazy fuck.

Nick lies. Obviously and laughably badly.

We proved there were grocery delivery services and maids in his area that Nick lamented did not exist and provided as excuses for lateness and cancelled shows

This bum paid $75k for a worthless painting of the Joker, but he's sweating $2,000 (actually $300) for a law license? Nigger rich is an understatement with this faggot.

Also, gotta love the tacit admission that the ethics complaint could very well be valid and cost him his law license... if he had one. If he was convinced that it was frivolous, it wouldn't be a factor in his decision whatsoever.

The thing to remember is that Nick has no irl friends. He’s likely pissed off a few communities (Church and local law community) and he’s pissed off his in-laws. It’s why he’s so embedded into the Dabbleverse, Yellowflash and the Lawtube people told him to go fuck himself. He has very few Internet friends that aren’t gross pedophiles.

Aaron's post-plea statements of guilt on STMS would fuck him hard in this scenario, unless he could successfully disallow inclusion into evidence based, but that is a hard sell.

I agree with you, this ethics complaint must have teeth if he is outright refusing to complete CLEs until resolved.

Not getting his license back ASAP is particularly foolish because the longer it's lapsed, the more edgy they are about reinstating it. But he doesn't want to do CLEs because that's work.

He had no business having an active license to begin with. He wasn't practicing and he wasn't keeping up with the state of affairs. He'd be a danger to clients.
