I can believe Nick was a millionaire, if we count the properties and such.

Now, one property less and with less equity in his primary residence, he's still probably a millionaire overall, asset wise.

But considering he got handed all that by the family trust and has turned it into less assets overall..... it becomes a lot less impressive.
