@Dr Naomi Hunter's point was that Ralph would generally admit he's a piece of shit (and actually wallows in it), while Nick is still trying to gaslight people into the idea he's actually a wonderful family man.

I agree with her insofar as that. Nobody likes it when people try to gaslight. It's an extra dimension to Nick that you don't really get with Ralph. It also makes Nick more dangerous, because the warning signs aren't as visible to anybody who approaches him and knows nothing about him.

Ultimately, this is probably a dumb discussion. Obviously, they both suck. This started when I mused over what would happen if Ralph and Nick got into a massive fight. Could that be a fight where Nick would actually come across as the better man for once? I still don't really have an answer for that. It would probably be contextual.

That's why the paintings are one of my favorite things about his dumb livestreams. Every time I see that dumbass Joker painting I laugh a little bit. It's an attempt to be one of those people who thought the first Joker movie was super cool back in the day and made it a political identity for a month or two, kind of funny at the time but such an old retired meme that it's just dumb comic book shit. It's dumb comic shit coupled with the character getting raped in the butt in the next movie.

It's very appropriate for Nick.

To do it while meaning is very recent. To this day he maintains that facade of a real dad visiting his son out of spite - and we have ample evidence it´s absolutely out of spite. Ralph did multiple things worse than Niggieta; while his daughter, probably accidentally, ingested cocaine, Ralph absconded with his newborn and the mother to a favela in a 3rd World country while being extremely abusive towards them. There is really no competition about who is the worst person, father, whatever...
Niggieta more than likely enjoys cock way more; Ralph only lusts for it when he is passing out drunk.

This falls under the heading of things only God knows and that aren’t worth agonizing over anyway. They’re both monumental pieces of shit and I’d celebrate if one or both got beaten to death by a pack of niggers.
 
So this is obviously speculation but so far people's worst instincts usually seem to be right about old Rackets.

My first instinct is that he found a doctor to prescribe him Vyvanse or Adderall or Ritalin that he's now using beyond the daily allotment to binge a few days a month in a way that's "technically legal" in his mind because it's a legal prescription and even though it's technically a crime to misuse prescription drugs, in his mind "nobody can ever prove it" and so therefore he's innocent. And he'll piss hot for his PO but then show the Rx and so he'll be off the hook unless (until?) he obviously fucks up again.

Again, just guessing. But then again Lil Nicky's pretty predictable in some ways.
