BREAKING NEWS: King Phil just solved Rekieta's Denny's joke: "I've known a lot of very stupid people in my life, so I usually can decipher what this gibberish is."
It's supposed to be about the Denny's menu being too hard to understand.

I am not a fan of thr Casino, but this stream looks kino from the clips. They have too much good chemistry than should be reasonably expected and Nick is felted so hard.
What's the difference between a cop at Denny's and a Kiwi Farmer?
To get to the other side.
You got me. It's wasn't funny, but fair is fair, I was completely baited.
It doesn't say that in what you quote. It says the investigation needs to be closed, not the case in court.
Corrected. I conflated the terms.
Is there some other proof that case =/= investigations though? Or have we drawn in inference from the clerks silence?
2. During negotiation, state had a "no drug users association" clause and explicitly noted they had to keep April out of the houe and away from kids. Nick objected as she wasn't accused of doing drugs, no tests of drugs, no criminal history. Prosecutor was forced to file charges against April to make sure they would be violating the terms of plea if she's around
I doubt this. I also believe that if you look at the bind conditions on the form 702 in the Binder, you will see that 'unconditional bail is just that'--with the obvious stipulation of not breaking laws an appearing for court dates.
I don't know if the court can use the omnibus to accept a plea or if it could happen sooner. I think the fact they mailed/served the plea "offer" to Kayla is an indication that it's already negotiated, in final written form, and a done deal for both Nick and Kayla.
The prosecutor can make any offer and Nick could accept at any time. He could theoretically reach out and offer to do the max sentence without trial if he wanted, or the prosecutor could just drop all charges. This is how plea agreements work to save judicial resources.
There is nothing magical about the court room that all attorney communications must happen there in the case.

Who's the guy Balldo is talking to in those first few clips(the one from the "1776 legal centre")?
I swear I've seen his face before in a lulzy context (Pretty sure it was on an article/blogpost justifying the actions of some sovran citizen/s, but I can't swear to that).
Speaking of sovran citizens, Balldoman is sounding more and more like one of them. Would not be surprised if he starts invoking maritime law one of these days.
Robert Barnes. He has a thread on the board 'Viva Barnes General'. Blovoating lawyer whose claim to fame was getting Wesley Snipes off on tax violations by pleading to misdemeanors , then quitting before more serious charges were lost. He followed this up by getting fired from the Rittenhouse defense team, to the point his team had to issue a PR statement that his crazy shit talk was bot associated with them.
