Considering that the series artist does child rape sex slavery guro, I think that was his point?Them both looking like prepubescent boys in MMZ feels kinda gross for pairing in general, tbh.

Yes, and I hate him for it.Considering that the series artist does child rape sex slavery guro, I think that was his point?
I get autistically annoyed when people say "oh it's not his original body" specifically because of what Omega looks like. He looks very similar, so it feels like a retcon and suddenly everyone acts like Zero has always looked like that. They should have kept Omega looking the way Zero originally did.Even though it's just Toru Nakayama's redesign, it technically isn't. MMZ Zero is a completely different chassis from the X series. He sealed himself away at the end of the X series so that progress could be made towards anti-virus research. In the Zero series, even though his "mind"/data has been preserved, he's in a different body.
Omega is the original body of Zero, but there isn't a distinction besides being a slight palette swap and some dialogue to let the player know. I feel like they missed a good opportunity to end on Zero fighting against Omega as the original Zero/Black Zero design.
To me it just reeks that they didn't want to redo all of the animations for a classic zero design and went with a dark link situation as "good enough", everything after that is just selling bullshit. I remember when I saw omega, feeling absolutely robbed by the lazy pallete swap.Yes, and I hate him for it.

I grew up playing these games and while I had the original thought it would be cool for Omega to have the X series body, Zero 3 was far and away the largest and longest of the 4 games. I can totally buy the tech&time explanation that Inafune gave. It didn't spoil any of enjoyment fighting him. He still had some of Zero's moves from the X series, and I still felt plenty of impact. You can argue it's not perfect, but it got it's point across. Now why they didn't change it in any remake? Time and laziness. But it's Capcom and these ports are braindead cashgrabs anyway that are meant to be slap em together, 100% profit.Well, again, it was said that Zero looks the same in-universe until suddenly he didn't. It would literally not have made sense for Omega to look different until that retcon.
For example, you have to remember that Copy X's angelic armor is actually supposed to be the Ultimate Armor, and that little weird glowy punch he does is supposed to be the Nova Strike. Despite looking like neither thing.
Who knows, maybe the retcon was to justify the horrifically overrated Mythos cover.
The X series started going downhill when Kenji Inafune starting putting his OC (Zero) front and center of the story. It's especially bad once you hitX6X5 through X7. It's only made worse when you consider the Mega Man Zero series canonically takes place in the same timeline, where Zero pretty much completely replaces X by the end of events. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the gameplay of the Zero series and I like Zero as a character, they just did my boy X dirty.
X1 is easy. Well, not the first time, but it's reasonable. After that the series instantly spikes into crazy difficulty. Is there a reason the end of every X game feels unfairly difficult? I've never experienced this with another game, even games of the same era.
for the latter, yes. team colonel is the canon one.Apparently seasons 3 and 4 of the megaman anime are odd. Like some be 15 minutes long and a lot are essentially a power rangers plot...
Also is it true that 5 has a canon team?
To be clear, when Inafune said that, he meant that Zero looks different because of in-universe technological advancements. Not limitations of the GBA.
That's why it created a plothole of why Omega looks the same as the more technologically advanced copy body, since he was the sealed original body.
EDIT: I also wouldn't put too much stock in X's attitude towards Copy X in Z1. It was very much thrown together; X is suddenly much kinder to his copy in Z3. Also, it was Ciel who awakened Zero based on some rumors, X had nothing to do with it.
MM Soccer was incredibly fun... until you realize Protoman is nearly invincible and using him as goalie makes it impossible for the other team to win unless they pick very specific characters. For those who don't know, you can only choose one guy and your whole team is said guy, And this is Capcom... For the Snes, when Nekkettsu (Nintendo World Cup) wich was made 4 yers earlier and for the NES leaves you in the dust you dun goof'd.
Get good. No, really. Is there a reason the end of every X game feels unfairly difficult? I've never experienced this with another game, even games of the same era.
Most likely couldn't due to Capcom's already tumultuous relationship with Inticreates, perhaps they hold the trademark to Zero's original design. Capcom would definitely say "fuck you".They should have kept Omega looking the way Zero originally did.

was speed running really even a thing in the 90's? from what I know about it most of that community came about in the early 2000's. Honestly though, it's just the end stages for me, the boss stages definitely get harder after x1, but not like retarded hard.userbase consisting of mostly autists and spedrunners.
that's why past x1 the stages become crazy difficult.
